I sent my filter back and insured it but somehow misplaced the proof of insurance. I had proof of purchase and sent it to the warehouse with return address on the shipment. They said it was not received and refused a refund. Total was $369. The filter was way too complicated for me and replacement filters too expensive. Gratned I should of researched this ahead of the purchase. I had sent an email shortly after the purchase stating buyers remorse but it was ignored and the product sent anyway. I should of called. I am out $369 with no offer to help.Review from Larry A

Place an order for a water treatment system with this customer. Ater doing the online consult was told what size system was needed. I ordered the system and had a plumber come to install and was told that the system was not what I needed it was oversized by a lot. I called and tried to return the system and was told I had to pay for shipping and received no help. Its now been two months and the only thing provided was the shipping address, I am left with finding a company for shipping and cost. This has been a nightmare. So far out of $2000.Review from Dave M

If i could leave 10 stars i would. Everything was top notch from using the online water quality reporting and recommendation Ai program on qualitywatertreatment.com website to delivery of my SoftPro high efficiency water softener and upflow carbon filter. Installation guides made it easy to understand, the quick connect hose kit i purchased from them made the installation very easy, took me 2.5 hours to install my system. If you want a top notch experience and high quality water treatment systems at a affordable price qualitywatertreatment.com is the place to go.
