Discount-Computer Sells Junk Computers..The Components stop Working...Customer Service NEVER gets back with you...I bought a computer from them it was replaced 3 times..Then I told them I wanted a Refund it took forever for them to refund my money..they Kept trying to send me a New Computer..I have one from them I got in February 2024..Now It say Windows Activation will end soon and to Get a New Activation Code..and they will NOT respond to 2 Emails and 2 Calls in a Week...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM...

0 stars if it will let me put that!! I bought a refurbished ** **** ******* *** *** Desktop Full Setup computer from Discount Computer through ******** I bought protection plan and everything. When the product got to me, everything that was said in the description was not there. The monitors were a different name and the PC was a different name. The PC doesn't have all the KEY FEATURES that were listed in the description (e.g. DVD player/drive, and more). The keyboard had dirt on it and some of the buttons were sticking when I pressed down on them. I had to get a new keyboard. There were some wires that were missing, and the dual monitors couldn't work without it, so I had to go buy some wires. Before buying anything, I reached out to Discount Computer about how everything that was sent is not matching what I bought online and all they said was they are sorry, and they don't have any product available and if I wanted to get a full refund I can ship everything back. They will not cover shipping costs. At this point, I already opened the box and threw away the box. It would have cost me up to $150 to ship everything back. It was a huge inconvenience. Is this how they get people to buy stuff because of the inconvenience of sending it back? False advertising at its best! This is so horrible! Don't waste your time buying from them. They will send you stuff that is not in the description and give you 30 days to return the product.

I ordered 2 refurbished ***** ** ******* 10 pro computers through them from ******* for business purpose. The products were delivered Dec 26, shortly after I got covid due to which I could not have my Technician come over for the setup. He was finally able to come January 30th for the set up. During the process he said its ******* home, not pro due to which I had to pay additional $99 and purchase pro. Later I got in touch with Discount computer who started asking for proof of the wrong product. It was impossible to send that screenshot as I had already upgraded the system. I still sent them the receipts of the upgrade and the screenshot. While taking the screenshot of the system properties I also noticed the computers were not even I7, they sent me I5's. Which I also brought to their notice. To which they replied that they provide only 30 day return replacement guarantee which I had surpassed. I don't understand, when you had this policy why did you even ask for all the proofs and just tell me in the beginning that it has surpassed the 30day period. Now that I realize that they sent me 2 completely different products than what I ordered is such a scam! Both the computers were ordered separately so mistake can happen once, not twice! I need to be compensated for the ******* Pro and i7 what I ordered.

This business advertises on ******* for computers and I recently purchased an ** *** 6000 WITH ** 19 inch monitor. What I received was an ** ****** with a 15 inch **** monitor. Not what they advertised to sell me. This company is a big fraud and I advise to watch out with this company.
