Dear Sir/Ma’am, I am contacting BBB for a refund. I bought 2 air tickets ******* ********* ** ***** for my spouse and daughter from ****** ************* *******Mitra Travel ****** * ******* **** ***** ***** ***** ***** ** ****** ** March 23, 2021. Because of Covid we couldn’t make the trip. I requested several times our travel agent (Mr. Uday M***** for the refund and every time he suggested me to contact ****** ******** directly for this purpose, because travel agency cannot help in refunding process. I submitted an online refund request to ****** ******* (in July 2022) and spoke to ****** ******* customer service several times. Every time ****** ******* told me that only travel agent can help me with this refund, because these are “bulk tickets” and their system does not allow them to show the ticket price in their system, which is one of primary requirements to initiate the refunding process. I forward this email to my travel agent but didn’t get any response back. The tickets are going to expire in December 2022, if we don’t use it. In that case you will lose about $2,700.
