My 2008 Chevrolet Colorado was having a battery drain issue. Every couple of days, if not driven, the vehicle would have to be jumped to start. I instructed my son to take it to a repair shop and have the battery drain issue addressed. He took it to LCs Automotive, located at ************************************************************************. He took the vehicle in on February 9, 2022. The vehicle was kept overnight. They diagnosed the problem as a bad battery. The battery was replaced on 2-10-2022. The cost for the battery was $145.00 and diagnosis was *****. On 2-16-22 the vehicle had to be jumped again. The truck was returned to LCs Automotive. Sometime between 2-16-2022 and 02-22-22 the technician removed the remote start from the vehicle and put the vehicle into a no-start condition. On 02-22-22 I paid ****** for an ignition switch. The vehicle still would not start. On 2-28-2022, the technician said he believed that the key was causing the no start issue. A new key was made at the ***** dealership and was tested on 03-02-2022. The key did not work and the vehicle remained in a no start condition. On 3-4-2022, I visited the shop and spoke with the technician. I told the owner of the shop, LC, that I wanted the vehicle taken to the Chevrolet dealership for repair. He said if he was unable to fix it by Wednesday, March 9th, he would pay for the vehicle to be taken to the dealership himself. He said he had a mechanic that used to work for Lexus and he would have him on the job. I called on the afternoon of the 9th and there was no change in the status of the vehicle. It remained in a no-start condition. He took the vehicle to the Chevrolet dealership on March 10, 2022. The mechanic at the Chevrolet dealership, spent 6 hours repairing wires that had been cut from removing the remote start. He claims that wires were left bare and had not been soldered back. Some wires had electrical tape. The vehicle still would not start. The aftermarket ignition was replaced with a factory ignitio
