    I placed an order with Backroad Babes online, drafted from my ck acct on 11/17/23. Received email of confirmation 11/22/2023, 3 items. I received one item, the other 2 were expected to be mailed the first week of December 2023, Items labeled Western Christmas gift box. 1 medium, 1- 1X. As to date, 1/31/24 neither have been received, nor has refund been issued. I've emailed the business numerous times over the last month and have requested a refund. I finally tried emailing on Instagram since she's always posting items on there. I finally received confirmation 1/11/2024 that she would refund the cost of the boxes. 1/22, I asked for a time frame on the refund. No response. I reached out again 1/26- still no reply even after getting confirmation that the message had been seen. I'm not sure what else to do.

    Terrible customer service. I placed an order on February 21, 2023. I received an email stating item shipped on March 4, 2023; however, the shipping status remained at it was a pre-shipping notification and **** had not actually received the item yet. I reached out to the company three times by email and left a voicemail before she finally responded, only to say that the **** lost the item and I would be refunded the amount of the item but not for shipping because she said it wasn't her fault **** lost the item. She basically said to take it up with ****. The item never reached **** because all the post office had received was a pre-shipment notification from the business. So it was never even shipped. Owner was very rude and unprofessional.

    Hi ***,I'm sorry that you never received the item. Like I mentioned in our conversation, we do not insure shipping but I did offer you the $7 for the shipping as a gift card for the inconvenience. I also refunded the full amount of the product. Unfortunately, once an item leaves our hands it is not under our supervision and we do not know what happens. We run to the post office 2-3 times per week dropping off orders. Your order was taken. Pre-shipment just means it was never scanned in. This has happened before. Secondly, we were extra gracious and gave you the refund before the full 30 days we require in our policy. Again, I'm sorry you had a negative experience, but we did all we could do to make it better. Thanks!
