I have my car Freshies at her shop I have moved to another town and I have call d her for the last 2 mo asking for my money to be sent to me and each time they say it will be sent but it isnt I have reached out on ******** and no response she has my new address but she still will not send me my money.Initial Complaint

I brought my saddle to CJs store for her to sale on consignment. She called me and told me she had someone that wanted it and I would get $1300.00. When I went to get paid she only gave me a check for $200. She says she only pays out $200 at a time. It is wrong for her to take someones stuff on consignment and not pay them their share of the money. It will take me four months to get paid with her making me payments. I want everyone to know what kind of business shes running. This is not right!!! I am not her bank!!!Business response

I, *************************** will be sending April a check in full.
All my contracts stat that I pay a $200.00 *** on each pay out day.
April signed my contract knowing this but still wants to make me out to be the bad person. I try very hard to please all consignors and customers.
April was so rude and yelling the *** word at me and my employees. When she was leaving she even blocked a customer from leaving so she could yell at the lady for shopping in the store. She did sign my contract, but feels the need to blame me for her not reading it complete.
