            The ratings at Expedia are misleading. I went to ************ for work a few days ago and stayed here. The room is filthy, and it looks like my experience was in line with others on ******* The sheets were clean though. The staff was nice enough, but it's obvious nobody is cleaning or maintaining the rooms. If you are visiting ************ for the university, please do not let this hotel influence what is a great university and town.Waking up to tiny roaches in the bathtub which wasn't clean is uncalled for. Paint from the ceiling falling into the toilet. The lines of dirt and dust on the shower. Even the most basic scrub brush would clean that shower head.Owner/Social media person: Someone keeps having to write "didn't meet expectations...fell short..." etc. Just clean it, putty in the holes in the wall then put a fresh coat of paint, scrub the tub. When paint is warping from the wall like the photo on ******* scrape it off and re-do it. I had lunch with local police the next day, they all refer to your motel as "the meth hotel".
