              I contacted APL appliance repair to address a drain problem with our dishwasher. We were told the drain problem wasn't a drain problem rather a control panel replacement required costing $500. We went with the company that stated it was a drain problem and fixed the problem for $160. This is just the tip of the iceberg! The APL service person arrived in a grubby tee shirt without company ID. My husband was leaving for work and let him in, not paying attention. The person could not speak adequate english, and I only speak english. He also spoke "down" to me which is not ever acceptable, and certainly shouldn't be happening in 2022. When I told him NO and to please leave, it took about 20 minutes before I he finally left. He was not professional. I am sorry for his emotional insecurities but it is not my responsibility to make him feel better, rather the other way around. I was required to pay a trip charge of $60. even under the horrible situations and when I called I just received apologies but no offer to rescind the charge. I want my money back due to the circumstances.

              I now have a problem that I didn’t even have when I contacted APL. They are terrible at following up and THEY DO NOT want to fix there mistakes. I am a very fair and patient person. That’s obvious from me allowing APL time to respond to me several times and I WAS ALWAYS following up after they did not do what they said. However, I am being screwed! I now will have to hire and pay another company to fix what they messed up. I honestly believe when the tech did maintenance on the rollers he did not put things back together right and that’s the noise I’m continuing to hear. I WILL BE REVIEWING APL ON EVERY PLATFORM I CAN FIND THEM ON AND REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU HAVE BEEN WARN!!!!
