Precision Pools built our pool and started digging March 3, 2022. The process was sort of completed July 9, 2022 when the plaster was installed. There has been a myriad of problems since, and no one seems the least bit interested in solving the problems. 1. The Polaris vacuum cleaner has never worked properly and now almost a year later, it has completely stopped working. The previous repair person "attempted" to fix it by taking it apart and removing a ball. It kinda worked but it would get stuck in a corner or just go around in circles. And now it had completely stopped working. It's been 3 weeks since this has happened and still no one has any urgency to fix it. It's almost like Precision Pools wants to run out the clock on the warranty so they're not stuck paying for a new one. 2. The pump is loud and not powerful enough to move water and the water features at the same time and it was suggested by their own repair person that corners were cut when the pump was installed - we should have had a 2nd pump for the water features. Not surprising as League City had to fine Precision Pools multiple times for incomplete or not up to code violations. The pool did not pass final inspection until October 20, 2022. It had an electrical issue with the light that was dangerous and forced me to drain half the water in the pool so they could fix it. I had to be told by the city inspector that it was dangerous. Precision Pools did not say one word about it until they told me they had to drain half the pool water to fix it 3 months later. All I want is a new vacuum cleaner that works and a pump that is capable of running the water features and circulating the water at the same time, but I cannot get anyone at Precision Pools to act in a timely or efficient manner. The warranty person has a full voice mail Inbox and texts go unanswered. The GM is not exactly taking this seriously either as we had multiple conversations with him last summer about the city code violations.
