For this being my first using home ins. to replace the roof for my first home. Reign was very helpful on all level of the stages that had to be completed. Mr. Drew coming for an one on one . As well the the break down and understanding of the paper work. Mr. Jeremy explaining steps that all his crews where going to take. Everyone that is part of this company was helpful in more that one way to make this the best inaction. I would highest recommend for your roofing needs.

Highly recommend!!! Its raining really hard right now, 2 days after work performed. The team that handled my roof, Freyer and Joel, were wonderful, empathetic, reasonable, and very honest. I appreciated the process that was explained to me and the quality of work performed. They showed genuine care and professionalism to ensure I found peace of mind after experiencing habitual leaks from a previous roofing company that was unable to fix the problem areas I identified in the attic 3x. I will be using them for all roofing needs going forward.

Great roofing company, 5 star experience. Concerned about storm damage and roof integrity and Reign checked out my roof then worked with insurance and inspectors to facilitate a speedy process. They came out to meet the inspector and walk the roof with them to confirm the damage. Extremely knowledgeable about the claims process and very easy company to work with. Jeremy handled much of the insurance details and paperwork making the process great for the homeowner. The day of replacement went smoothly with great communication beforehand. My wife works from home and they offered her temporary office space to be away from the noise. Reign has a dedicated clean-up crew working along the roofers to get shingles, nails and any debris during the process. They carefully covered my pool and didn't get any materials in it as well as installed bags in all my downspouts for later debris that will come down during rain. Would highly recommend to anyone!

The Reign roofing crew went above anything I expected from a roofing company. They had professional, nice-looking equipment, including shields to protect our landscaping. They also took care to protect our pool during the process as well. As luck would have it, just as they finished removing the old shingles, we had a rain downpour. They worked quickly to cover the entire roof with plastic, and we had no leaks. (They even went over to a neighbor’s house to help a different roofing company’s crew get their roof covered.) Although the roofing process is inherently messy, they were meticulous in cleaning up afterward, including using a magnet to collect any stray nails from the grass and patio area. I highly recommend.

We hired Reign roofing for a roof replacement and we are very pleased with the work. Jeremy and Brady were really professional.

I needed a repair of leak next to the Vent on my roof. I wanted to get free quote from several roofer. Jeremy from Reign Roofing and the other two roofer return to my request. Jeremy explained the estimated price by text message and he said they had to inspect first. One of the guy form his company came to my house for free inspection. He was seen very experienced. He mentioned about the job he would does and also gave me information about my roof condition. My house is 6 years old. My roof is new. He mentioned a lot of things about extra inspection and bad quality seal in addition to the repair work. Actually scared me about future issue. He said he would do inspection and fix them above $1 K first. Then he decreased to $925. It was good for me at that time. But later I saw that he repaired the leak area and resealed the nails only. The price for only repair was $250 ( he said when he was talking about roof condition during the inspection). But rest of the other work was little expensive for me. Still it was not big deal for me. I wanted to bring my concern to attention of Jeremy. I wrote text message about whatever I mentioned here. Then later I received a phone call from Jeremy. Actually the phone call I received form Jeremy is reason of writing this review. Because he started talking with me like a boss. He started " hey what's the matter!" what happened". "You wrote a long message . I am shocked first and said " what you meant?' then I explained my concern one more time. His tone was really irritating He said we are not making negotiation after work done. (I was not negotiating). As a summary: The price would be OK but no one has right to talk with customer like a boss. He was not nice. His attitude was not acceptable from my side. Their worker was not honest as well. I paid whatever they invoiced and I am leaving this review. They are not 5 Starr company if they don't learn how to act customer either it is small repair or big work roof change. Dr. E****

We hired Reign Roofing for a roof replacement. They were professional and courteous the whole time. They worked with our insurance company on the storm claim and not only got our roof covered (minus our deductible of course) but also fence, windows, gutters and siding/painting. They listened to us and guided us through the whole process. After the roof installation they came back up and did some additional clean-up at our request and made sure we were happy before moving on. Each of the sub-contractors they used for the different repairs were just as professional and had high-quality workmanship. Communication was clear and timely. I highly recommend Reign Roofing.
