On August 10,2023 I paid for a grave momument to be placed on my deceased wifes grave at ******************* in **********,*****, which is located in ************,*****. Todays date is ***** 29,2024 and although I have contacted Pioneer Memorials on several occasions the monument still has not been placed at my wifes grave and they always say that there has been some rain and they cannot set the monument until the ground dries out. I know that the ground is not wet all the time and need some help to get the monument placed on her grave.Business response

When the memorial was purchased we told the family that it could take up to a year to have this order completed. Granite was moving slow but I would keep them informed. I let them know on 2/22/2024 that the sandblasting of the memorial has been completed and sent them a picture of the memorial. I also stated in the email that the ground will have to dry in the cemetery to place the memorial. ****************** thanked us for the picture showing that the memorial was sandblasted.
This area has been having large amounts of rain. ****************** contacted us wanting his memorial placed in the cemetery and we explained that the cemeteries are still having issue with being too wet. We want to set the memorial for him and the family but the ground is not ready.
I spoke with *************************, who marks the spots in the cemetery, on 5/1/2024 to reverify how the cemetery grounds are. ******************** stated that the cemetery is standing in water and we need to wait for the ground to dry up. I gave him the size of the memorial so that he would know that it is a large and heavy memorial. We talked and he said that he would give me a call when the grounds are ready to set a memorial. He also said that it will take a while for the ground to dry out.
