      I sent a money order thru Fidelity Express on 2/14/23 in the amount of 50 dollars to pay my insurance bill. My insurance company never received the money order form them so now I have to pay double to my insurance.  I called the ** postal service and they told me it must have been lost in the mail and that there was nothing they could do. I told Fidelity and they told me all they could do was charge me 21 dollars to stop the payment on my 50 dollar money order. My insurance company has not received it.They have people that there money orders have not been received or cashed.  People have been evicted because of this issue and  I dont think its fair for them to charge for 21 dollars to stop a money order and then be asked to wait 4-6week for the transaction to process.

      I purchased 3 money orders through Fidelity Express 2 @ $500 each and 1@$450 to pay my rent. I didn't find out until about 3 weeks later that the mail had lost it. Another situation where help us virtually impossible to get. Since it had been so long, I guess the physical receipts had been thrown away, but I still had the serial numbers of each money order. I filled out 3 forms (1 for each money order) along with 3 copies of my ID. I was told a check would be mailed on January 10th for money orders I bought in October. I was told that it was because I didn't have the physical recept for each money order. I ran the numbers, none had been cashed, so they weren't stolen. I just don't see how it takes 3 months to give me my money back. I've already had to repay my rent. Thankfully I had it, but nothing left until they decide that the want to give me back my money (minus $60 as a processing fee for each money order bought by the same customer at the same time). It's utterly ridiculous making a customer wait so long to get THEIR MONEY back. I payed you for something that never got used. It's bad enough that you keeping $60 of my hard earned money, but making me wait 90 days to get MY money back is absurd. I will never use your company again, and have already told everybody I know about how you keep people's money from them. Very unsatisfying experience.

      Good Afternoon,It is our company policy that if the customer does not have their proof of purchase, there is a 90 day waiting period before we are allowed to refund. Since your money orders were purchased on 10/7/23, you are set up to be refunded on 01/10/24 because we only do refunds on Wednesdays. As a courtesy I will waive the processing fees for you for a total of $60 for all three. Thank you,********************* ************* Manager Fidelity Express ******************
