      I purchased 2 chairs and 1 couch on 09/05/20 from the Ivan Smith Furniture Store in **************. I also purchased their Furniture Protection Plan for an additional $199.00. Now, I filed a claim on my couch because the zipper broke loose in the back cushion and the foam filling is coming out. I filed the complaint for replacement almost a month ago and have contacted them 3 different times, concerning my complaint. Originally they said it would take up to 3-5 business days and now it's been about 1 month and they are still saying they are continuing to research my problem. Could you please help me resolve this problem?

      Purchase date, 08/25/2022 Delivered on 08/26/2022. On 08/29/2022 I reported by phone to Derek Funderburburk that the chairs were not level. He told me to go and buy those stick-on levelers. I did. When I moved the chair, a screw fell to the floor. I flipped the chair upside down and found that the chair had a place for screw in levelers. One chair is missing 2 levelers and three chares have 2 each installed which is correct So I am 2 levelers short. I decided to inspect all the chairs. All 4 seat cushion have at least 2 screws missing for a total of 8. Upon further inspection I noticed that the holes the screws screw into have been stripped out and will not accept hardware. The seat cushions are loose and have complete sides that are not secured. I also found other screws missing from the chair frames along with hardware not tightened. All of the damage and shoddy craftsmanship is hidden unless the chairs are used or turned upside down. I have contacted the Sulphur Springs store several times only to be told a request has been submitted. I sent picture to the salesman as he suggested to his phone. Since it is now the 11th of September 2022, I have no confidence that this will be taken care of. No one has reached out to me about the concerns nor has anyone inspected the severity of the damage. I believe the missing hardware should be installed or sent to me so I can install. The missing adjusters should also be installed or sent to me, and all 4 seat cushions should be replaced since the holes are stripped out oversize. It is clear that whoever assembled the chairs over torqued the fasteners causing damage to my 750.00 dinette set chairs.
