Wyman Construction, or Peter W****, is a FRAUD!! Peter W****, the owner of the company and I have complete proof of everything I am saying. PETER W**** IS A CON, A LIAR, AND A CROOK AND A THIEF. He did all of the above to our family in ********, Texas just outside of ***************, Texas, which is in ******* County. He talks and walks one way and does exactly the opposite. We had a new Construction Contract with him, which was over $80,000.00 he wanted to be paid every week, after being paid a huge amount before he even started. He was paid and I have every cancelled check but he did not do the work. He left, walked off the job would not finish, kept telling a big lie, he was gonna finish, he left it in a shamble which the rain and weather was ruining. Yes, it had a great tin roof, HE did not put on, he hired someone to do, and they did, He never and still hasn't paid for the tin roof. He also hired someone to do the inside insulation and it was a great job, HE has never paid that person either. I could go on and on, but I have filed charges and maybe since all he has done is a fraud, and since he is on probation, maybe one day the law will catch up with him. I forgot to say my husband and I are over 65 years old and this was a home for our son and grandson to live in and we paid him good cash money (with checks) He STOLE our m;oney!!!

This project was not left In shambles. We have been to court and several contractors confirmed that the project
Was 80% complete. Mrs. *********** is not telling the complete truth. She owes money to Wyman Construction
There was 2 projects in which she still owed us for the first one when the garage apartment was begun
She as only payed $50,000 out of $60, 000 contract which actually She owes for extras that is why we have stop work .pray for a resolution. Peter *****

***** ***** and ***** ***** is a liar, and he is lying about the above. I have spoken to the court that we went to, I can have a copy of those records for you, those records will verify some of his lies.

I do have cancelled checks showing what was paid, what ***** ***** is saying is a lie. There have not been several contractors saying. that.

Update, ***** ***** was arrested and in jail in Hopkins County, Texas today, January 18, 2022, I will be glad to send you a copy of this. He was charged with again THEFT OF PROPERTY, this time in Franklin County, now that is 3 counties he has charges filed on him, Hopkins, Wood and 2 in Wood County and Franklin. I have his top so called employees that were working on location in Brashear, Texas They will also verify he left the job without completing. Major Problem, he owes the company for the tin roof, he did not pay, I have that contact, he did not pay the insulation company, I have that contact. I do NOT OWE PETER WYMAM or WYMAN CONSTRUCTION, I will be going further with this lie that he has put into this documentation.

I have text messages from Wyman Construction Company (Peter *****) same cell he is using to this day. I have printed all his messages,he says over and over he is coming to complete the construction. He was inside our home several times saying because he did not have the money that is why he had not finished. The comment that was given to you, is a complete lie, the amounts he is quoting to you are wrong. I have written documentation to prove what I have said. Please check the towns around Sulphur Springs, Texas and you will find lots of elderly families that Peter ***** has done the same thing to. I will be happy to provide the names an contacts for proof. The only thing different with my situation and ***** ***** which you also have a complaint, is that we are not going to let him get away with this. I also need to let you know, since it is public knowledge and not a secret ( I checked with probation office) He is a 3 time felon with charges and he is on probation.
