It started by me wanting to purchase a system through Integrity Solar. I was all set up for a cash price of 50k for a ***** kw system and 2-14 kwh backup batteries. After some problems, I decided to finance it. Best I can tell is that the rebate from the tax credit gets rolled into the loan and gets paid to someone. So my cash price of $50k went up to $80k for the same system, and was told by integrity it has to do with the financing. Integrity isnt signed up with a lending company to do financed jobs. When this happened; Integrity sold or gave my job to JC to handle the financing, installation and set up with the electric company. I signed my finance and install agreement with JC.JC swapped out the original panels that was on the install agreement and claimed they arebetter. The new panels were considerably cheaper. The installed eg4 inverter can only output 12kWh of power at any given time. But they sold me a *****kWh system and installed it. I have an extra 8.54kWh of panels i was sold and they installed that i do not need.I asked for critical load panel to be installed with what circuits i wanted. They werent able to fit them all in the panel so they left out the ones they thought we didnt need instead of leaving out the panel and doing a whole home backup.It was also needed to trench 300 to my well house to put that on the system being it was on another meter. I guess when you need a trench you also need to line up someone to come backfill it correctly. Im not sure how much i paid for that being solar companies do not provide an invoice of cost. I wouldnt have approved the installation but i was at work. I got some sob story of how they funded the whole job, bought all the equipment and hadnt been paid. After i messed up and said installation was good, i contacted mosaic , the finance company, and they had informed me; it is also on my loan documents; that mosaic had issued a payment for equipment when they ordered it. So mosaic or JC is lying.Customer response

I have been in contact with them and they keep telling me every week they will fix it. They have admitted they oversold my system and still havent rectified the problemInitial Complaint

First, they did not install my generator, It has been months and still nothing. The solar install looked good, but they screwed up the paperwork TWICE. It took a couple of months to get permission to turn it on. The contract CLEARLY states the generator installation. I cannot get a straight answer on what the problem is seven months later.Business response

I will be happy to answer any questions you have at any time. I have not received any calls on the matter thank you for bringing it to my attention. I will be contacting you very soon. The man who contracted JC Solar has been talking with them. I work overseas and have been very patient with them. Once the generator is installed I will accept the response.
