            Premium Automotive in Taylor cannot be trusted to provide honest and professional work. My vehicle was not repaired with a quality part. The owner advised he would only replace the part with the same poor-quality part. The owner does not use OEM parts and instead uses inferior-grade parts that may not work with your vehicle. I requested the replacement part to be OEM after having this problem with the inferior part and he refused to do it. The owner argues with you on the phone and does not care if you are satisfied. I cannot believe I was treated so badly after spending $855.00 to replace a $200 part. I would never recommend anyone use Premium Automotive in Taylor.

            Todd that story is not true at all. We use the best parts that are available. Just because the part says oem doesn’t mean thats the best part you can buy. Also some oem parts only come with a local 90 day parts only warranty. The part I sold you was covered nation wide parts and labor. You called and was having problems with that part eric told you to bring it back in and we would replace the part at NO cost to you. What do you do you go down to some other shop and bring in the bad part in your hand and now you are mad bc you had to pay for two repairs. I can’t control what the other shop does and I don’t MAKE the part. Even if you didn’t want us to fix it. The part we installed would have been covered at the other shop. Through our tech net program. I just can’t understand why you couldn’t come in and let us fix the problem. If there’s anything I can do to help you I will do that. I don’t feel like I’m in the wrong here.
