    On May 31,2022, I placed a food order for pickup at 12:16 pm on their website. I received a confirmation number and time for pickup 12:46 pm. I arrived at the restaurant at 12:20 pm. I spoke with an employee upon my arrival and he told me the order was being prepared right now. No other employee spoke with me while I waited and 12:49, i asked where my oprder was and was informed by the employee that spoke with me before that he had no idea where my order was. He asked me my name and if I had placed the order through an app. I gave him my name again, told him I placed my order on their website and gave him my order number. He aske me 3 times if I had ordered it on his app and I said no and showed the email confirmation I received when I placed my order. This time another employee asked me wht the problem was and I explained to him, showed him my email confirmation and told him that when I arrived I was told my order was being prepared, he asked me who told me that and I pointed out the employee, who said well I thought it was being worked on. The other employee was rude and informed me that I should not be upset because it is not their fault my order was not processed. I had an email confirmation witha number and NOONE in that restaurant apoligized or offerred to tak care of it. It is apparent to me that they do not care about new customers. I will not be returning or recommend anyone to their place. I was made to feel because I placed an order on their website that it was my fault my order was not processed. The website gave me an order number and a time for pickup. Nowhere on that site di it say to order from an app.
