I paid for and was delivered out of state a 2014 Cadillac CTS coupe. The transmission gave out the 2nd day and now might need an engine rebuild.! I did not have a warranty, but they refuse to give any help,they must have got this car from a junkyard.! I don't even have 40 miles on the car and cannot drive it!

I was an employee trying to purchase a vehicle, turns out the check engine light had been disabled so I cancelled the contract. I was told by **** that I would have to pay a cancellation fee and that the finance company would be extremely difficult to talk to. When I called they told me there was no cancellation fee. When I brought this up he became belligerent and berated me in front of other employees. Since I was an employee I was terminated on the spot. To sum **** ** in one word.criminal. He made us mechanics do shady things under the concern of losing our jobs. I was fired via retaliation for calling him out for corrupt business practices. This place is an absolute violation of everything moral.

Please do not attempt to go buy a vehicle posted on this Dealership site. They sale Damage vehicles, I went there to see a vehicle they posted for sale, I drove the vehicle it was so bad everything, the brake etc. They decided to show me another vehicle that seems to be good, and they convinced me that they will detail the vehicle and get it ready for me by the end of the day and as soon as the bank clear my loan. "I was Surprised to hear end of the day" After collecting my money and getting me sign the contract, because my plan was to drive home with the car as it supposed to be. This vehicle was not ready for more than 2 days, even though the bank loan went through. That's when i got worried and requested for my $3,000.00 down payment back. They refused to give me my money back even though i don't have the vehicle. They Robbed me on a broad daylight. This company need to be investigated or shot down . They called police on me when i refused to leave without my money. After i explained everything to the policeman. The policeman was not happy with the Receptionist that called, and he asked the Receptionist what is going on with the company, because they have receive lots of bad Reports from other people about this dealership. The policeman question " What is fishing in this building", And the Manager never shows up . Please i need my money back. I worked hard for it.
