      On May27th, I had an altercation with a female employee who refused to let me purchase some drinks using my receipts filled out with survey codes. I began to ask why not when she started being very disrespectful without cause. As I turned to walk out of the store, she continued to make comments. As I reached the exit, she made a disrespectful and unprofessional comment about my mother. After explaining the situation to my wife, she decided to call the store and speak to the manager. A female employee answered and told my wife that I had an attitude problem and was mean-mugging. As my wife was asking for the employee's name, the phone was hung up before she was able to finish speaking. About a week later, the same employee was working when I entered the store. She started being loud and rudely stated she didn't want me coming into her store. She did not give a reason why at that time. On June 11th, once again, in a hostile tone and being very unprofessional considering there were other customers in the store, told me I needed to leave and I was banned from entering because she did not like my attitude. On June 12th, a different employee enforced the banishment, stating the store had held a meeting and it had been decided that I was not allowed to enter. No fair reason given. After sending 2 complaints to corporate, we finally received a call from the store manager, who said he was unaware of any incidents going on throughout the store. He said he would give us a call back on June 19th after he was able to review the video feeds. We never heard from him. On June 21st, my wife called the manager. He said he hadn't had a chance to view the video, but did not apologize. My wife asked when we should expect a return call. He said he didn't know and had a nonchalant tone. My wife just said, I guess we'll just wait then and he said ok and hung up. A 3rd complaint to corporate was sent. This is the closest 24-hour store within walking distance from our new address.

      Charging people ****** for ***** worth of gas is ridiculous and not only that gas pumps dont show you do this so I would say deceptive trade practices. Just remember you deal with SS people and this ******** my account and bank will not give overdraft back!
