I came into this facility to provide documentation that I would be leaving with military orders and to have both accounts cancelled out for me and my spouse who were suppose to be under the same account with the family plan and both accounts where on the same card. I was told by the young man at the desk that my contract for my account Chavanna had ended, so I would no longer need to worry about it , and that he would put a note on my account to stop payment for my spouse account. Originally when I signed up for a account here in 2020 my membership did not come with a $3.00 credit card transactions fee plus at $19.00 fee 2x a year, but was told the gym switch payment processing . Not only that I never received a copy of my contract from when I just had my account in 2020 to when I added another account in January 2022. On March first a payment was taken out of my account for my spouse account but not mine. Yesterday 11 March T3 *********************** called me in regards to the situation, and told me completely different information that my account had been sent to collections and that I have not made a payment since August which incorrect because I came in January for 2022 to bring my account current and open the second account. Payments for the second account have still been taken since the time of sign up, but for my account they haven't , but they stop for my own personal account even though both are on the same card so I don't understand why she said I haven't made a payment since AugustBusiness response

Thank you for reaching out to us. We'd like to say first that we fully support our military members and appreciate everything they do. Our policy is any deploying military member with orders is released from their contract with no further fees. We apologize for any inconvenience the member had to go through. We have made sure that the members' accounts are both closed with no further billing and any balances waived.
