verbal communication and quote was provided and accepted on 19 Jan 2023 for a fencing job to cover 10 acres of land with a stone gate entry. ***********************, the owner and lead of project, stated that the project would take about 2 weeks. A cashiers check was given of $9000.00 (half of the project money to get started) on the 20th Jan 2023. Text messages since that day have been back and forth of his lack of job performance and arrival on site. Many times thru text and verbal communication, it was asked if he was coming on to the property to finish or even start the job. There has been an abuncance of excuses of why the fence is not set up yet. Yes, there was few days where the weather was truly bad and we do understand but we are going on week 4 and this company has shown up a total of 3 times on the property for a few hours. I have calendar times, and dates of when they have appear and what has been done. We have indicated over and over that this job needs to be done in 2 weeks with consideration that there was a week of bad weather but this company has not shown any interest to finish job. I do have all the text messages where he says they are coming but never show. i cannot afford to move forward with another company when he has $9000 of our money. My husband deploys this Saturday that is why we hired this company so we could have it completed before he left for my security. We are at a loss and have an open land that anyone can enter due to lack of completing the job they were hired to do. Want to report this company because there are good people that need this job done without the headache. i have all the text message but i think the file is too large. i will email. thank you.
