Hello, I called you about Poolexpress.com not covering motor failure on an E-8 pump they sold me in February. They said they dont have any E-8 pumps available due to parts being on back order but they still have them for sale online. They said I have to remove my pump, send it to them and wait for them to evaluate it. Just not feasible. I told them to send me a E-6 pump and return label and I would send the old one back. Or send a new motor and I would send the old one back or just refund my money. They refused. Then she said they would send a E-6 pump but I needed to pay 1/2 the price of a new pump. Please find attached receipt from Pool express. Also, here is Shannons phone number. ************. She took over my case when ******* stopped responding after 2 week of calls and email from me. If they cant replace the pump, I feel they need to refund my money, send a E-6 pump or a new motor. Thank you, and I hope you can help get this warranty issue done.Initial Complaint

I ordered this Dolphin Premier Caddy from Pool Express AFTER chatting on their on-line help people, **** who assured me that what I was ordering included the power source and would work with a robot we already owned that had power source issue. https://www.poolexpress.com/premier-caddy It did not come with the power source when it arrived. Called and talked with *******, who said it should have it was in the picture, had me send photos and after checking found out it did not. Then talked with manager *****************************, manager who said it could be returned at OUR expense. That they did I not falsely represent the caddy. I was specially looking to power our old robot and would not have ordered this it they hadnt told me that it would. ****** said you really thought youd get the power source with the caddy for only $239?I am reporting misrepresentation of on-line sales and am seeking a refund of shipping costs of $25. Upon return of caddy they are suppose to refund the cost of caddy only.
