1/11/24 6:30pm My husband visited this store and purchased a $20 meal deal for dinner. Once we get home I notice there is hair on my biscuit. I called KFC ask to speak to a manager (******) and I explain to her I just purchased food and I found hair on the biscuits. Right away I was met with a rude and aggressive tone oh no maam theres no hair and your just trying to get free food, but you not getting no free food tonight!!! ****** whos suppose to be the store manager was very rude and hostile and offered no solution or rectify the situation. I was hung up on I called the store back ask to speak to a manager or owner ****** proceeded to say she was both and hung up on me again. I called a third time no answer, I call again and get thru and again I ask to speak to store manager by this time Im being belittled, yelled atcursed at and threatened told to pull up to the restaurant for confrontation with ****** (KFC manager on duty supposedly). Ive never been disrespected like this over fast food ever in my life! This women whoever she is should not be responsible for running a restaurant the way my issue was handled and the way she speaks to paying customer is totally unacceptable! I plan on taking this complaint as far as I can especially since this was a easy fix. However if she wants to be rude and disrespectful and handle customers like this Ill deal with high *** and corporate this behavior should not be tolerated. She should definitely be reevaluated for the position she holds. Shes not customer friendly at all!
