They were punctual, respectful, informative, knowledgeable about what options available, recommendations were honest, work was quality craftsmanship, kept us posted throughout process, acknowledged and fixed any issues that came up, the after clean-up was thorough including in and around our pool area (which was refreshing). Photos of before and after from drone were impressive. I would recommend them to others interested in having their roof replaced for sure!

***** Ferwerda is the only reason we got a new roof! Let me explain. When a hail storm came through, our insurance company denied our claim. A few weeks later, ***** Ferwerda happened to knock on our door to ask about our roof. Boy, am I glad I talked to him. After explaining that he could do the work to resubmit our claim, we signed him up (at no real risk to us as his contract is contingent upon insurance approving the claim). He went onto our roof with chalk and marked up the many spots where hail had damaged our roof and gutters. He also took many photographs which he share with us. About 2 weeks later, we resubmitted our claim. This time, when the insurance adjuster came out, ***** met them and went up on the roof to show them the damage. And, a few weeks later, our adjuster called to inform us that the claim had been approved. Without ********************* work ethic and experience, this would have never happened.After the claim was approved, ***** met with us to go over costs (very little out of pocket) and to select shingles (he even left samples so we could put them by our brick and on the roof to visually see how they would look). About a week after we selected our shingles, ****** roofing crew arrived. They dropped off the shingles the day before install (using a crane to place the shingles onto the roof). The day of install, the crew put out tarps to catch debris and nails. In a single day (threatened by rain, even), the crew replaced our roof. And, it looks amazing! The crew even painted our vent pipes. And, after the crew removed all the debris, ***** himself combed the property for nails using a magnet, and also picked up small debris.We were very pleased with the work done by Ferwerda Roofing, LLC. ***** is a cheerful young man eager to do what it takes to make the job right. It is my pleasure to recommend ****** company to anyone looking to replace their roof and/or submit a claim to insurance.

I don't hesitate to recommend Ferwerda Roofing for any of your roofing needs! ***** was quick and professional in responding to a leak I noticed in my roof. ***** and his team patched the roof, took time to educate me on other concerns they noticed while up there, and in general were extremely pleasant and informative. It's clear he has a passion for the profession and is dedicated to doing right by his customers. It can be difficult to find a business you fully trust, but Ferwerda Roofing exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to work with them again in the future.

***** and his team from Ferwerda Roofing were extremely professional and knowledgeable with my recent roof issue. I needed a Roof Vent Boot replaced that had caused a leak in my half bath. They replaced the defective boot along with the plywood and protective backing as well with much improved quality materials. I would use them for any future needs for *******.
