      2-10-23 ***** from Dryman Landscaping Management gave an estimate for a fishpond, wire fencing around the perimeter and elevated garden bed. Accepted estimate 2-17-23 and paid partial payment $2,200 3-6-23 They completed wire fencing. Requested estimate to replace tree in front yard 3-7-23 Started fishpond with flagstone patio. Communication problems throughout with ***** saying one thing and the workers another, included when they would come out to work 3-13-23 Paid remaining balance $2,085.00 with needing to seal the patio because of weather 3-21-23 *************** set up fishpond with filter, plants and fish 4-12-23 Fishpond caved in. Many calls to ***** about fishpond, never sealing patio and tree in front yard. ***** either didn't reply or reply with comments he would be out but didn't come.4-24-23 ****** Dryman stated there were problems with ***** and he would now handle project. Communication issues continued. Only way anything was done was we called several times. Had to move the fish to another location and they attempted to fix the fishpond so it would not cave in. It didn't work. Again several calls to get anything done. Told him of our receipt of letter from the *** to get tree replaced as he wasn't completing. Told him we wanted a live oak tree that kept its leaves all year and did not have any blossoms or anything that fell from it because we did not want to worry about cleaning it up. I had contacted a company that builds fishponds and agreed to tell ****** how to do it. Informed ****** who appeared interested but still no action. Fish are still in a small container. Made deal with ************** would pay pond company to fix pond and he would bring tree.Brought tree 6-20-23 but has bagworms, fungus and acorns. 9-5-23 Still communication problems with them getting back with me about finishing patio and diseased tree not meeting our requirements.

      thank you for the opportunity to respond we went above and beyond for this family everything in anything we did was an issue we installed a patio. She loved it. We did a pond. The material was not good so we redid it then she still wasnt happy with it, so we called a pond company to come out and replace the pond which they did, her and I made a deal I replace the tree in the front yard that has nothing to do with the original project she paid for the pond. There were issues with the tree we sprayed three and one chemical on it. She was upset because there were leaves falling off and acorns , at some point, I just ran out of o, at some point, I just ran out of options to help. I dont know what else to do but we are willing to do anything we can to make this app customer happy. customer happy.

      I am rejecting this response because:   Apparently this company has more issues than communication. I have attached pictures of the pond installation and cannot imagine anyone being happy with it. On the second attempt they only placed more stones around the edge which resulted in them caving in between the tub and wall. (I have more pictures and texts of this process). The thought that they say that I was never happy only leads me to believe that they have little value in their work. They did not contact the pond company, I did. ****** complained of not having money, even for gas, so I gave him $20 for gas and I paid the pond company. If ****** paid for the pond they required full payment upfront but if I paid it would be half down to start and the rest upon completion because if I did not pay they would put a lien on my house. Since I paid for the pond, they did the tree.
      We requested a tree that kept it's leaves all year round because we did not want any leaves, blossoms, etc.falling from the tree requiring maintenance. The tree they brought clearly has acorns.
      I am willing to accept the patio and pond as they left it and will find someone to correct.
      I am requesting a one year guarantee on the tree. Some of the leaves are still spotted and dead to this day. I will water and get assistance from Gecko Green, as they do my yard, to try to keep the tree alive but if it does not then I want them to replace with the one I first requested.
