My grandfather, ****** ******** ***** died ********** and a headstone was ordered at that time by my now late grandmother and uncle (***** ***** and *** *****). Since that order was placed and NEVER received, my grandmother passed *********** We have NEVER received anything but excuses from this company. Sadly enough, the owners of the company are distant relatives to my late grandparents and knew this at the time of ordering AND PAYING over $3k. All we want is for my precious grandparents to not lie in unmarked graves. We want to see action. This headstone was originally ordered almost 2 years ago. That is more than sufficient time to receive granite and bronze, pandemic or not! Everyone we speak to claims "another 3 weeks and it will be delivered." I've heard that almost 2 YEARS..... ENOUGH IS ENOUGH.Initial Complaint

We bought a headstone for my dad and my mom from ***** monuments in March of 2021 and I have been in contact with a man named joe and his daughter Mary because the owner was in a car accident me ***** *****. And they have been telling me it was going to be ready soon now I can't get ahold of them and no answer at the business the monument is paid in full. Just want our monument or our money back. On September 9, 2020 I met with owners of Allen monument to select a headstone. The stone has NOT been started. They will not answer calls nor it there anyone there most of the time. The headstone was paid for in full.Initial Complaint

January 27, 2021 my grandmother paid $2,300.00 to Allen Monuments for a headstone after my grandfather passed, it has been over a year and a headstone has not been placed, we have contacted them and been in person and there is always some excuse for why it's not been here yet, I suggested a refund for my grandmother and the owners granddaughter informed she would have to ask her grandfather, when we contact them the granddaughter takes our name and number down and says she will return our phone call with information but never reaches back out to us and has since began avoiding our phone calls, at this point my grandmother would just like her money back as she had already paid them thinking she would get what she paid for but has not received anything.
