I have had so many promises from the family about my headstone it is crazy. I understand when Mr Allen auto wreck happened and was ok with the delay but......So many lies now. Now, can't get in touch with anyone. Phone calls are not answered. I just want my money back so I can move on and get it from another company.

My father passed away Nov. 28,2020. My 82 year old mother and I selected and paid $2050 for a monument from Mr. Allen. We were told that the stone might take a while being delivered because of Covid. We began to inquire about the monument after several months. Mr. Allen returned our call and assured us that we would receive the stone. We again waited. Finally, my brother got in touch with Mr.Allen's son who said that his father was in a bad car wreck and that he was handling the business. We waited again. Finally, at the end of February or first of March, I visited the business. A man, Joe, came from the work area. He was very nice, along with his daughter, and asked me to give him two weeks to make things right. Two weeks passed and we heard nothing. I've called Joe numerous times and he does not answer or return my calls. One Saturday morning I called him and he didn't recognize my number. He answered thinking I was someone else. When he figured out it was me, he apologized and said he was working with his autistic son. Then, he promised he would get back with me! After calling Joe and Mr. Allen's son (who has a robo screener on his phone), I went back to the place of business. This time, Mary, Joe's daughter gave me more of the same. She gave me her number and email and I told her I'd give her a week to get back with me, We still do not have a monument and the $2050 check my 82 year old mother gave them in good faith has been cashed.

It has been nearly two years we have waited for a paid up front head stone for my father and mom who was alive and paid in full at death of my dad now she has passed away as well no marker at all after repeated calls and trips by my brother pat ***** all they say is it is not made or shipped but never nothing our money is tied up I. This I call may time the number I have and they will not answer the phone or have a way to leave a message I am the daughter and executor of the estate of my mother I want a refund so we can get them the marker they deserve my dad is A Navy veteran with honors cannot even be honored with a marker that shows where my beloved parents are even buried all of the children and grandchildren are upset at the situation
