      My car has been in their shop since October 2023 waiting on one specific part for which they have had no ETA since diagnosing the problem last year. I have contacted the dealership and GM customer service repeatedly and neither one has been helpful in solving my issue; the latter has been trying to get me to trade in for a gift certificate for a TBD amount towards the purchase of a new car. I have told them I want my car back, but they still cannot procure the part. I believe the manufacturer is the problem, but I'm unable to get a hold of them.

      Mr ******* is correct in his statement that "I believe the manufacturer is the problem" Orr Chevrolet has done everything we can to get this part from GM but unfortunately it is still on backorder. We received his vehicle on Oct 23, 2023 and upon diagnosis from our technician found that his vehicle was in need of a new EGR valve. We placed an order with General Motors for the part on November 10, 2023. Once the order was placed the part was already in backorder status. Form there we opened a SPAC case (#G04200340) to try and expedite. Over that past several months we have had ETA dates posted to only be pushed back over and over again. We have even tried to purchase the part needed from other places and have not had any luck. Orr Chevrolet can and will fix the vehicle if we can get the part needed to do so.

      I am not liable for these credit inquiries reported by Orr Chevrolet 4502 Gus Orr Dr, Texarkana, Tx 75503-2300 In the month of December 2023 or January 2024. I do not have a contract with Orr Chevrolet nor Orr Honda at 4502 Gus Orr Dr, Texarkana Texas 75503-2300. They did not have my approval to request or report to my consumer report.

      In late May 2023 we made our way to Texarkana, TX to Orr Chevrolet to pick up our 2014 Silverado truck that had been in the shop there for nearly a month. It had a leak on the rear main and the Air Conditioner had stopped working. By the time we picked it up with over $5000.00 dollars in repairs plus another $600.00 plus in car rental. Only to find out the AC is still not working right, rear main is leaking still, and our engine headers/lifters should be ripping through the hood anytime! The vehicle stopped working or would shut off while driving. Less than 3,000 miles after so-called repairs, another car rental, heated arguments with a Ms. ****** whom originally booked the repairs, a Service Director ******* calling my mom's phone; she handed this business over to me because ****** made her cry when they had just took it down for an estimate afterwards ****** told my mom and partner that it's not safe to drive. My partner, *** is an Army Disabled Veteran, my mom, ***** is a Breast Cancer survivor, and me, ******, am a wheelchair bound single mother of three children... two are special needs. This being our only vehicle after moving and buying a house in Arkansas. I would love Orr Chevrolet to make this right but I have no faith in rotten dealings like this. We were robbed peace of mind with Orr Chevrolet Service Department!

      sorry the vehicle is having problems. the story isnt true, but regardless we are not here to argue, we would still love to help as we always do.

      they are welcome to being the vehicle in and we can properly diagnose it. or they can try any repair facility they choose.

      they have an extended warranty, so there is a chance it is a covered repair.

      the vehicle is over 200k miles and came in with major oil leaks, so engine damage is possible, but would need to see it.

      if the repairs we did prior were not done properly of course we will stand behind them.

      My car has been in the shop there since April they have given me dates of when my car will be ready and everytime I call to make sure on that date they gave me, they give me a different date everytime. My car was suppose to be ready yesterday I was going today to get it and of course when I called they said it’s not ready the mechanic has the flu. They have had my car to long I’m still paying a note on this car and I need my car. Could you please assist me with this problem

      car is done and has been picked up by the customer. we apologize for the delays, some were our fault and some were not. we regret we were not able to do a better/faster job , and would like to offer a free oil change and detail when possible. or any other way we can help please let us know. - ******* ****** * service manager

      ILL NEED HELP HERE. BOUGHT CAR FROM ORR CHEVY. TWO DAYS LATER AIR CONDITIONING GOES OUT. I HAVE WARRANTY BUT THEY ARE MAD BECAUSE I DIDNT FIANANCE. I TOLD THEM TO TAKE CAR BACK GIVE REFUND IT WAS DELIVERED AND I CANCELED SALE BEFORE SEVEN DAYS. IVE FOUND SHODDY REPAIRS DONE JUST TO GET CAR SOLD THERE WERE CABLE TIES USED TO FORCE THE CLUTCH ON AIR-CONDITIONER TO STAY ENGAGED.

He does have a warranty he bought from the bank so he can take it somewhere to be fixed.

      Signed papers on a 2019 Kia Rio S auto on April 21, 2022. Test drove the vehicle the Saturday before said date, and was told the car had NOT been serviced, but could still drive to get a feel & decide if wanted a vehicle like the one test driven. April 21, came to dealership to pick up vehicle, conditions changed from needing a co-signer to : the co signer being sole buyer & me the co-signer. Car looked different upon getting into it and driving away...started noticing things about the vehicle that were not noticed during the 5 minute test drive. This vehicle was not serviced, cleaned, and had several main things wrong including tail lights not engaging once the sun went down I noticed..A knock when turning, along with several other things..I immediately contacted my salesman about the discrepencies with the vehicle. I took vehicle back to dealer on April 22. I gave a list of the things wrong that I could see & was given a loaner...Expected time of service was expected to be just the weekend, but turned into 4months. I repeatedly contacted the dealership pleading with them about my options & cancling contract before payments started to come out, but they assured me that they could fix the vehicle. Never given the option to be put in another vehicle or cancling the contract, just told that they would fix it. The loaner then went out leaving stranded at work, the car not starting and the ky came apart from the phob...I was told that I was being unreasonable about the whole situation. I was so confused as to what to do. I do not feel like I wass their customer at all. I felt I was being annoying. I was told that Honda & Orr chevrolet had some kind of mix up with the vehicle & who was to service or? But noone actually told the whole story. I was furious and without a vehicle. Payments were not made plus I contacted the credit union & told them the situation & tried to resolve...Now I have the car & am behind on several payments while car was at ORR...

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/08/13) */ Yes the car did have some minor problems, it was told up front that the car was just traded for and it needed to be serviced, customer was always in a loaner, customer was given the option to not buy the vehicle several times, the car was only down a few weeks due to parts availability beyond our control this did not cause her to miss payments, also maybe the customer is getting money from someone else to pay for part of the vehicle? Really Not our concern, but if any help is needed, they need to come see ****** or ****** and we will see what we can do, but paying the payments is not our responsibility. I was never given the option to cancle the contract or be placed into a different car. The assumption company making of a customer on how payments are made is speculation & very unprofessional. I spoke with ****** in the finance department also with every manager in the building & never was offered a different vehicle. What I was promised was a vehicle ready to be driven off the lot and it was not. Who makes payments on a vehicle that you do not have in your possession. The car was kept for nearly four months. Not good business

      I picked my car up from ORR Chevorlet after spending 5000 dollars and drove it to Florida. I broke down on the way there multiple times and had to fly home leaving the car in Florida. I then had it shipped home. When I got it home I ran the codes on the car and the scanner told me the crankshaft position sensor needed replaced. So I ordered one and decided I would put it in myself. When I went to drop the exhaust and the starter I found broken wires crushed between the starter they just replaced. I found unplugged connectors attached to the rack and pinion they just replaced. I found half unplugged connectors to the crankshaft position sensor and a broken bolt that had been loctited back into place to make it look as if they didn't break it. I want my money back. If that's the best work an ASE master tech can do then I'd rather do it myself.

      Purchased a used 2005 Silverado from Orr Chevrolet on November 15,2021. Given a temp paper tag good until January 14, 2022. After a month I called the dealership inquiring about my title and registration, Was told that the orginial title was lost and the dealership had filed for a lost title, (It is my understand that it is illegal to sell a vehicle in Texas without a title). Shortly ater purchasing the vehicle the airbag light came on (I did purchase vehicle AS IS) Had texted the dealeraship twice asking if they could resolve the airbag issue since I was going through the title issue and didn't no if I actually owned the vehicle or not without a title. Never recived any response. Called again in early January 2022 and spoke with the Chevy title person. Now this time I am told that the person that traded the vehicle in (Mr Tucker) was the one that filed for the lost title and not the dealership, the title clerk would call me back regarding this. No call received. Constantly told that these things take time, that is not an excuss as the vehicle never should of been sold without a title in the first place. When the temp tag was close to expiring I went to the dealer and was given another temp tag until March 13, 2022 As of today January 21, 2022 I have not had any response from the dealership.
