If I could, I wouldn't give them anything. As a matter of fact. I wish I could give them everything that I got from them. Which is a motorcycle back and be free of this. They're a rip-off company. I don't know how they manage to get involved with better business pearl. But they definitely don't meet any kind of standards other than taking your money and lying to you about the whole deal.Review from Terry E

This company is a big rip off I had numerous loans with them paid in full never missed a payment then when I paid off the last loan and tried to loan a small amount not a large amount I no longer qualified for a loan they will not give you a reason why it all of a sudden changed you. Just get the runaround. Whenever you talk to anyone there. That company is not very good just like the other person said if I could give them zero stars, I would. This company stinks.Review from Tracy K

I got a loan thru these guys paying astronomical interest when my loan was close to being done I couldn't get back into my account to see when last payment was and all thru the loan they would send offers to get more money until the middle to the end of my loan they would say I wasn't eligible even though I only had one or two payments left. So you can get offers all while you owe lots of money but when your close to be done with your loan you can't do anything with them Complete scam!!Review from Hayley M

If I could give them ZERO stars I would. I have been CONSTANT emailing, texting and calling them trying to work with them. They refuse to work with you and they do not care about you losing a job due to boost finance taking your whole checks. I have tried for a couple of months now. They still continue to take money out of my bank account causing it to have a $30 overdraft fee on top of that and this isn't the first or second time they have done this. Now I see why they have as many bad reviews as they do. Worst company and customer service. DO NOT USE BOOST FINANCE.Review from Larry K

I have never used Boost Finance, nor had I even heard of the company until I received a call from a collection agency trying to collect an $800+ balance on a loan that someone using my name had taken last year. I called Boost to dispute the account and requested they send me a copy of the contract I supposedly had signed. The contract I received indicated that Boost has issued a loan online to someone using my name, DOB and a previous address. The funds from the load were deposited in a bank I have never used. Boost had not made a credit inquiry or anything else to verify the validity of the electronic signer of the contract. I filed Identity Theft and Fraud reports with the FTC and the local police department. I sent a written dispute along with the Identity Theft and Fraud reports to Boost and received the following response: "After our attempts to resolve the outstanding loan balance on your account over the past few months were unsuccessful, we have turned over the collection process of your loan to:" My impression is that Boost Finance is careless and unprofessional.Review from Jennifer B

They disregard fraud alerts and inhibit identity theft by allowing people to open loans online with false information false employment Exedra and they do not verify Identity or employment prior to disbursing loans to fraudulent bank accounts in different names! Upon doing a credit check they would have seen a fraud alert and disregarded that alert and continued to disburse funds to a fraudulent bank account. They disregarded my federal right to Identity protectionReview from Angela D

I wish I could give this company a negative rating. Their fees are outrageous. I received a loan for $400. Made my first payment of $125 and as I attempted to pay off the full amount of my loan, they charged me $360 (I understand that these types of loans cost a lot of money. However, they informed me I still owe an additional $80 and then say I owe $125.00 on top of that. This company should be sued for taking advantage of people.Review from Erica M

DONT BORROW MONEY FROM BOOST FINANCE!!!! Never again would I borrow from them.. I received my loan of $400 on January 21 and messaged them to pull the full payoff amount on February 15. I was told the amount would be $614.25! I find that be outrageous!!! I have taken out these type of loans before and have paid them off before even making 1 payment and it has always been the amount I have taken out. But to owe $214.25 more that what I took out before first payment was even due, is just ABSURD!!! Yes I get how these loan sharks work but this company will ***** you over! DONT BORROW MONEY FROM BOOST FINANCE!!!!!Review from Jeremy W

People beware of using boost finance. Their business model is scam(ish). This all started with an email on XX-XX-XXXX saying a loan was approved that I never signed up for or agreed to. Next email comes two weeks later saying I owe X amount of dollars to be drawn from a bank account from out of New Jersey, which I stated to a chat rep. That I don't even live in New Jersey. I also told the rep I wasn't giving my name email or last 4. As I told the chat rep. this seemed very fraudulent business dealing and the chat rep. still told me that they needed my information to precede any further. Then I got past them, they transferred me to someone else after giving them the loan I.D. from the emails they sent. I still got no help as to them to just stop emailing me over a loan I didn't originate much less trying to draw money out of account in a state I don't live in. After finding out that boost finance address is less then 400 miles from where I live by doing a Google search for their headquarters. Both chat rep. seemed like they didn't want to talk anymore or extend an invite to prove of the fraudulent behavior and activity taking place. I guess my next move is to make contact with my state AG office as I have screenshots and the emails from Boost finance dealing. So if people can please do not waste your time with them, and don't let them take any peace and time from you.
