We purchased over $7k worth of Echelon kitchen cabinets. Sadly the finish quality was extremely poor. Every base cabinet door we received were not finished properly. The tops and bottoms of the doors were very rough and discolored, clearly missing final coats of paint. It is the first thing you see when opening the cabinets. We requested replacements and received the same issue with exception of one set which was actually finished properly. We have issues with multiple shaker panels sliding around and exposing unpainted areas. Two cabinet bases warped and bowed with one so bad there is a 3/4 inch gap on center allowing you see through right to the floor from inside the cabinet. One cabinet has a 8 inch cracked on the face frame, which was hidden until you remove the door. The best part is the quality control inspection sticker placed on all of the boxes. Overall we have issues with 70% of our order and no resolution. One or two issues I would understand, but this ridiculous at this point. Stay away and spend your hard earned money elsewhere. Unless you want to keep ordering replacements and receive the same issues over and over. This has set us back weeks over and over.
