  I signed with Good Guys Flooring, Good Guys, LLC. on 9/11/2023 to remodel my kitchen and laundry room. It has been, and still is a nightmare as of today. They left me displaced, afraid to be in my own home, damaged my home and the little work they did is incomplete and faulty. I have emails, texts, photos and witnesses.Key Dates:9/11/2023: Paid 25% - $13,924.64 at Signing 11/7/2023: Paid 25% - $13,924.62 to Start Project 12/5/2023: Paid 25% - ********* for rough ins (this work proved to be incomplete and faulty)12/613/2023: Met to document the incomplete, faulty and bad work status.12/15/2023: Total paid as of this date: $42,898.64 Documented and I have a witness of this meeting to address all issues and try to resolve incompetent work, inaccurate floorplans, incomplete work, ignored deadlines, damage to interior of home, exterior of home and materials purchased including cabinets, fixtures, appliances, sinks and faucets currently still not installed. I addressed random workers showing up at my house without notice or on schedule that I was very uncomfortable and removing the lock box. A deadline of two weeks to complete all work was agreed. Was not met.2/14/2024: ************** address incorrectly sized cabinets, damage and harassing workers, missed schedule, rude workers without notice in my house.2/15/2024: Documented and I have a witness of this meeting at my house to address zero progress, incorrect install, damaged cabinets, cabinets not fitting, the need for redo, repair, replacement and more disgruntled, incompetent and confrontational day laborers.I have made every effort to work with and communicate with Good Guys Remodeling over a SIX moth period. I STILL do not have a kitchen or laundry. I have been displaced for months. I am having a hard time finding a company to fix and still finding problems with their work.Total loss to date:$42,898.64 Paid to Good Guys Remodeling,$30,950 in repair work $30,000 still estimated to complete
