              In spring of 2023 I agreed to a service that would carry on throughout the year for weed control. I paid upfront in full for the year, I did not want to carry on the service because I do not believe in my opinion they did a very good job. So I did not sign up for the following year. So I got a bill in in March of them continuing the service without my discretion. How they say they send a hard copy letter in December but I never received it. I asked for a receipt of drop off but they have not responded. So they cannot in fact confirm I received the letter of continuance. It seems like this business is built off of shady business practices and deception. So they automatically get to carry on either the work and get to bill me later. So now I have an outstanding bill I never authorized. I will be taking them to small claims court.
