Filed service request on 1/20/2023 for strong smell of gas from stove in the kitchen. As of 2/27/23 the concern has still not been addressed. This is an ongoing issue with this company. I filed complaint with inoperable toilet on 12/23/22, and they did not respond until 1/3/23.Initial Complaint

Open House has ignored my requests for months (since June 2022) regarding being a tenant in one of their properties. Upon calling and notifying them of poison ivy growing in the yard, we were told on the phone they would remedy the situation. I submitted the request, but they declined to fix it. I explained that a representative specifically told me that Open House would handle it & resubmitted the request. After waiting several days, I called again. They stated that poison ivy is considered a weed, which would be tenant responsibility. However, our lease clearly states that I am responsible for weeds in a bed. The poison ivy is coming from an overgrown section of the yard (we received it in this condition), not a landscaped area. I think it is abundantly clear that open house does not operate within good faith practices. I would like a refund for the professional that I paid to remove the poison ivy.
