This company is TERRIBLE. Do not do business with this company! The lady behaving as the leasing agent, Jennifer ****, is incredibly unprofessional and has made numerous real estate ethics violations. I spoke with an attorney and they recommended filing a complaint with the Texas Real Estate Commission saying it would be enough to revoke her license. After further research, turns out despite her many years in real estate, she is not licensed so her title has been changed to Operations Manager. She told my subtenant the exact amount of my rental payment and told her that she is overpaying me for rent. She also quoted my subtenant to lease my exact office before I planned to leave. She has wrongly charged me credit card fees when I paid by check, I didn't notice for several months. When I noticed, she said she's not going to reimburse me for the $140 overpayment. As soon as I put in my 90 day notice to vacate and informed them that I wouldn't be renewing, they charged me fees from 3 months prior that were previously waived. I have always done a wire transfer for rent payments. Rent is late after the 5th of the month. I paid on the 5th of February and since it was a Saturday, they charged me $70 because the payment did not show up until the following Tuesday.The attorney said this is retaliation and I know they will absolutely screw me on my security deposit and the remaining 2 rental payments. In the 5 years I have been there, I have never paid a fee for a wire transfer and it is retaliation for them to retroactively charge me for 3 months ago following my 90 day notice. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. The one time I spoke with the owner, Melanie *****, she complained to me about having no money and having to work 3 jobs to pay her bills more than I was able to say what I wanted. The operations manager and the owner are friends and there is no one else to complain to. They have terrible business practices and both of them are incredibly unprofessional.

First of all, I am not a Real Estate Agent. Therefore, I am not required to have a License. Nor have I violated any real estate ethics. I have been the Operations Manager for Innovative over 17 years now and I have never had a Client complain about me or my ethics. Let alone the fact that this Client has never talked to me about or brought up any issues that were crossed. Please have your Attorney contact me. I can then confirm your payment history and he can review the Agreement you clearly signed. Retaliation - we are not in high school. **** ********* *****t, Joanne ******* has been late on per payment almost every month since she's been with us and she has not been charged accordingly. Please know that she did sign a License Agreement that clearly explains Terms, Conditions and Late Fees. She is late to every one of her Client appointments as well. Regardless, at the end of the day, I hope that she can cure her issues, perhaps get some professional help and find some happiness in life.
