ZERO stars! Worst company I’ve ever dealt with. I began service in January 2024. I’ve had nothing but problems with this company from the start and it’s gotten increasingly worse lately. I’ve had missed trash pick ups, but my recycling was collected. I’ve had missed recycling pick ups, but my trash was collected. I’ve had pick ups where my trash and recycling were both put into the same trash truck therefore my recycling was not recycled. Completely unreliable service. At this point I have to call twice weekly because of missed pick ups and each time they make excuses for why the pick up was missed, state that the cans will be recovered, and then ultimately claim that my cans were not out!! It’s beyond frustrating to pre-pay for a service three months in advance and then not be able to depend on the service you’ve paid for. I do not have the time or the energy to have to call weekly to create a ticket and then call back to follow up only to be told that the dispatcher said my cans were not out! What happened to the customer is always right? It’s insulting when you request a refund for a missed pick up ($5) and you’re told that your can wasn’t out by the customer service person. I have video and picture evidence of when my cans were put out. DO NOT RECOMMEND Waste Connections ??Review from Christine J

I am very disappointed in the service we receive as of lately There is times that the trash does not get picked up on time or not at all but the price does keep going up Last Wednesday which was our pick up day we had a problem with our road because of the storms and this is the only road into our part of the country neighborhood Do to a drainage ditch repair the street had to be closed for that day so the few houses on our side of the bridge could not be picked up I assumed that they would send a truck out the next day so we left the trash can out by the street It did not get picked up by Friday so when I called they said it was not their fault that the road was closed so we would not get service until the following week I find that very disappointing because we pay them more than the other companies in the area and they don’t have a problem picking up late when they have a problem and expect us to understand I will be switching companies with better customer serviceReview from Susie J

I have to say.. this company shuuu!!! They might pick up my dumpster 1 time a month. Sometimes not the whole month….And charge full month services.. horrible service in all my years doing business with someone these guys hands down have all beat. I feel I am being deceived at this point as they have broke the contract since delivery. They would be in negative max stars possible…Review from Karen P

My daughter rented me a dumpster for Christmas I had a second one brought after that I called to get that one picked up and pay my final bill. I was given an amount and payed it. I even asked if it was everything and was told yes. A month later my daughter gets another bill that they say is rental fees I called to ask about the new bill and was told that it was rental fees. I asked when I called for my final bill and was told this is my final bill , why was it not included. Her only response was “ I don’t know” This is a shady practice and I think it was only done because I did not go over my tonnage. They get a lot of extra fees . Waste connections of Texas customers beware. Once you let them put their hand n your pocket they keep taking as long as they can When I spoke with their customer service she was rude and just kept saying it’s in the contract. We spoke to customer service about a price increase for our trash pick up. We are paying 3x the amount than our neighbors. They have 2 cans. We only have one. The manager got on the phone and could not help us. She was rude and basically said we're stuck paying what we pay because we were acquired from another company and over the years we were just subject to a price increase. That's what we get for paying our bill on time and being loyal customers. They did not even want to help us. It makes no logical sense. There are neighbors who have been here longer than us that are paying less. It's the same acct since 2002. Please make it make sense and also, you might retrain your customer service managers. I'm completely baffled and disappointed.Review from Sara N

Picked up our trash on time less then. Half the time…. Also did a 50% increase over about 6 months. I tried to talk to a supervisor and they were always “in a meeting” and never called me backReview from George N

Was called again about missed service stating it will resume next pick up date. Unfortunately the contract rolls over they have admitted in the message about the service being substandard but the problem continues to happen again and again what are my options for breach of contract on their end termination of service with out the early notice or wait my 180-90 day mark prior to renewal with a certified letter explaining reasons for termination due to continuous missed service every month or class action with others in the wise county area? This company has the worst customer service. They continue to miss pickups but yet charge the full amount for weekly pickups. It’s now 3 pickups a month instead of 4. They have so many excuses but no solutions. The dispatcher supervisor is useless, she doesn’t even respond to the issue. They are overcharging for services it rendered. For over a month this company would send the truck but the driver would not take our trash. No explanation. No one at the office had a clue what is going on. Spoke to a Denise, the dispatcher, and she got them to finally take our trash but we are back to our full trash and no pick up agian! She and others have stated that our pick ups are Fridays. For years we were on Tuesdays. Spoke to Marvin on Friday since it was almost 5 and no one had come for the trash. He stated they have been having issues with a driver in our route. Marvin stated that they run the trucks until 730 pm and if not they would pick up Saturday. Well here we are Sunday and our trash is full. He did suggest we use ammonia to keep our dogs out of the overflowing trash... Thanks for the time but why can't they just do the job we pay for?! Supposedly the issue is the driver but seems to me like they dont care whats going on. Just place me on long hold times, transferring from person to person and pointing fingers. I guess here you can get a paycheck and not have to do the work!Review from Jose F

Stay away from this company, their agreement is designed to force you to do business with them forever, On one side the agreement has an automatic renewal unless you send a letter to their address, on a window of 30 days. If you do not meet this requirement you are on the 3-year agreement once again, with no possibility to exit. They can raise the prices at any time, and you can not terminate the agreement. By signing the agreement not only they lock you on the trash service, but they also have the first right to any other trash disposal, Why to add a clause like this????, and if you hire another company and they get noticed, penalties are significant If you move to an area that they do not provide the service, you have to pay all the remaining month at once, otherwise, they do not pick up the dumpster.
