I was issued a refund check for over-payment of services at Texas Regional Urology (part of Millennium Physicians Association, PLLC). When taking the refund check to their bank to be cashed ***** of America), I was told the check could not be cashed and was "no good". I contacted Millennium and was put in touch with their accounting department. The person I spoke with on the phone said it "was impossible" that the check was bad and "that has never happened before". She continued to gaslight me, inferring they had made no mistake and this was my problem. I cannot bring this bad check to my personal bank, as I will be charged additional bank fees. My complaint is 2-fold: The rudeness and audacity of the employee to make this out to be my fault, and secondly, that the business passes bad checks to patients. This is unethical and extremely unprofessional. I'm requesting that funds be sent to me by certified check as their accounting practices cannot be trusted. I do not want to be sent another "bad check". Horrible customer service, unethical business practices, and a business that clearly lacks oversight.Initial Complaint

My daughter(*****************************, 4/28/99) had a ct scan performed for an illness in either March or April of 2023 at millennium diagnostic in *************. I told them then our family deductible had been met. They still made me pay. Ive called 4or 5 times to get the refund sent. They will not do it. Im at a loss of how to handle this. Request refund again ****** 5/24/23,Called again to ck status and all I was told that it is in the refund **** 10:23am on 6/13/23. Called another time in June and now in July. I dont care if they send it to ******* or me. They would want me to pay my bill if i owed one or send me to collections.Initial Complaint

On 04/07/2021 I paid a deductible of $700 to this company. Since January of 2022 I have received numerous bills that do not reflect my I payment. I have spoken to them repeatedly and they keep saying they have the payment but it's not reflected on our billing. I continue to receive bills from this company for $691. I have no idea where that balance comes from. We pay our deductibles at the time of treatment, it's what they request. I think they are trying to cheat people, especially the elderly.
