On February 25, 2024 I placed an order for $91.97 for clothing from Dash of Glitter. The turn around on order is 3-5 business days. After two weeks I reached out to customer service and after another week I finally received a response that my order had custom items which were 7-12 days for shipping. I waited and after about 15 days sent another email to customer service. After several days I got a response saying they didn't know what had happened and would check with the warehouse. I again waited and heard nothing. Finally I received an email from the owner saying that their customer service person was no longer with them and she would be helping from there on out. My order had St. Patricks Day lothing items and St. ************ came and went without the items. I still have received no credit, refund, or the item. Then Easter was approaching and I emailed several times about the Easter themed clothing items that I had ordered. Finally got a response saying they would ship the next day and they did, but at that point they arrived the day before Easter and my kids got to wear them once. Which was a complete waste of money as by next year they will have outgrown them. I then reached out several more times for the remainder of the items in my order and I finally got a shipping notice. The items arrived and they are incorrect. They are the wrong size, wrong color, and one item was completely missing. I am still weeks later trying to get these items from this company. I email at least once a week and the response I keep getting is that they should have shipped and if they didn't then they will the next day and they never do. At this rate I am out $91.97 on holiday/seasonal clothing that I either haven't received, haven't received in time to use/or haven't received something I can even use due to wrong sizing.Initial Complaint

I ordered two Easter shirts for my daughter's the first half of February. The shipping time for it says 7-12 days. In the description, it also specifically states that it's a bleached shirt. The shirts were not sent out anywhere close to the 7-12 days and we did not receive them until AFTER Easter, making the shirts useless for us. The shirts are also not bleached, but a plain white. Had I known they were a white shirt, I wouldn't have ordered them either because my girls are two and three years old. I sent a message to the owner of the business and requested a refund. She stated she would issue a store credit instead. I again asked for a refund and said that I would not be purchasing from her website again. She then told me that she would only issue a refund if I paid to have the items shipped back. I had already paid to have them shipped to my home and explained to her that had the errors been on my end, I would have had no problem with a store credit or paying for return shipping, but that I was not paying for return shipping on an item that was messed up due to things on their end, not on mine. The owner refused to take accountability for the errors her business made, both in the item arriving after Easter and for the description being misleading by saying they were bleached shirts. Thus I am stuck with two shirts that can't be worn as they were specifically Easter shirts, when all I asked for was a refund for the items that they messed up on.Initial Complaint

I purchased 4 dresses from this company on 2/19/24 that were in stock and I never received them. My order say unfulfilled. I have tried emailing, sending ******** messages and tried calling without a response. On ******** several say they have not received their orders in over a month and no response from the seller. I paid $196 for 29 outfits. Nothing was custom so shipping said 3-5 days. Order was placed on 2/25. After several days of no shipping confirmation, I emailed to ask about it. A few days later I got a response saying theyd check with the warehouse and respond in ***** hours. I still have heard nothing. I have emailed, messaged on ********* tagged on ********* nothing. I am now seeing numerous complaints of the same issue on their ******** page. I want my money back asap or my order rush delivered at no extra charge. Then I guarantee I will never order from them again and will make sure others know how awful their customer service is.Initial Complaint

I have not received my order of 9 outfits from the business Dash of Glitter Boutique. My first charge to my account was for $122.15 on Jan.26. I was sent an email saying there was an error and I wasnt charged for personalization for 3 of my outfits and if I wanted them personalized I needed to send another $24.00 , which I sent on and was charged for also on Ja. 26. The first week if February I contacted you all to ask about my order as I had Valentines outfit. I got an email saying my order had been processed. Ever since the tracking shows it setting in TX waiting. I have received one email saying I can get a credit to order at Patricks day outfit which actually was another of the outfits I had ordered. I have sent multiple emails asking for someone to call me ********** . No one has responded my email or phone call. Im calling my bank tomorrow for them to pursue the stealing of my money. Thats what this is. I paid for products I didnt receive and cannot get anyone to respond to return my money. Im hoping your business is what I thought it was and someone will respond.Initial Complaint

Order # ****** I placed and order on 1/22/24, was told very late, after the amount of time to ship a monogrammed item, order that my order was messed up ok thats fine but the rest of my order has yet to move. I got a shipping notification that label was created on 2/9/224 but here it is 2/23/24 and it still only shows pre shipment. I reached out to ask about it and they said they needed a few more days she then replys and said they cant find it she will give me a check out code to reorder but the code didnt work. I messaged them and they said, oh it should work send a screenshot, but now I havent heard back and this is just ridiculous. I want my money back!Initial Complaint

I placed an order on November 24th. A week later, it still hadnt shipped. When I inquired about why, I was told that it was because the order included a custom/personalized item, which takes 12 BUSINESS DAYS to mail out, so it was holding up the whole order. After emailing back and forth, I was told the item isnt actually personalized at all, its just a tshirt with a direct heat transfer ironed on to the front, no name or personalization (even though the photo in the listing shows it personalized with a name). I needed the order prior to December 8th as it also includes dresses for Hanukkah (among other things). They told me, too bad, that shirt with the iron on would keep the order from shipping. I said I would like to cancel the order. They told me I could not because of the personalized item (that isnt actually personalized, its just an iron on). So I said I was happy to cancel the rest of the order, everything else I purchased, and get refunded for it, minus the cost of $7 custom tshirt. I said they could just keep the money for that, and the item, as I no longer want it. They told me they refuse to cancel any part of my order and will not refund me. I have begged them to only cancel the items that are not custom, because I need to get Hanukkah dresses for my girls by the end of the week, and since they would not ship them to me, I now have to find other dresses elsewhere. They still refuse. Their policy states that custom items cannot be cancelled- but their regular items should qualify for cancellation as they are not part of that policy. They still will not. So now I dont have the items or my money back.Business response

I place an order on November 26 for several Christmas Outfits non of which said they were personalized the shipping should have been 3-5 days. Ive offered to pay extra to have the items shipped but havent heard anything back. I did get a response on one email but didnt resolve anything. My daughter is having surgery and I ordered the outfits for pictures to be done be for her surgery. Its not looking good at this point which ***** after spending so much money on Christmas outfits that shes not gonna receive in time. The advertised shipping time is definitely incorrect and misleadingBusiness response

The customer ordered a custom sweater. In the description it states they ship in **** business days. But we were behind a bit with the holiday rush, since she ordered during a sale, volume is usually higher!
