I contacted National Mechanical Services, LLC to fix the time clock for my swimming pool at the house I am selling, which is located at ***** **** *** **** ******** ** ****** A time clock turns on and off the pool pump daily at the designated times set on the clock. Aaron R**** of National Mechanical Services, LLC sent out his "technician." (I say that in quotes because the technician himself told me that he was actually a software engineer and was "learning" how to repair pool equipment.) He installed a new time clock and left. I thereafter electronically paid the invoice sent to me via email. The pool pump was running after he left, but the pump can be turned on manually, so the fact that the pool pump was running does not mean that the time clock is working. The next day, I noticed that the pool pump was still on, but the time clock should have shut it off. I called Aaron R**** and told him that the time clock was not working. He said that he would send a technician to fix it. Later he claimed that he sent a technician to "fix it," but I was not at the house, so I could not verify that someone went to try to repair the time clock. I was not a the house because I was in the process of moving. However, when I went to my house the time clock was still not working. I advised Aaron R**** again that it was not working and he agreed to go out and fix it himself. He later advised that he went out to check it and that the time clock was allegedly working. However, again when I went to my house the next time, it was still not working, so I sent him a video, which showed that the gear was not turning. If a time clock is working, you can see the gear turning. In our next discussions via the phone/texts, he continued to insist that the time clock was working. I concluded by telling him via text that the video I sent him clearly showed that the time clock was not working. I made several requests for a refund, but he would not agree to give me one.
