      Had them replace a part on my washer and they ordered it from the manufacturer (I paid in full which was a mistake). It has been nearly two months without follow ups or updates. I have called and was only able to speak to somone once, since that phone call all of my phone calls attemping to get an update have been ignored. They refused to give a refund and at this point it seems to be a lost cause. Hope potential customers find this warning and know the risks that come with this company.

      Mr. *******, part order for Samsung washer was place 4/15/24 and does ship direct from manufacturer as it is out of stock at their distributors. Unfortunately, part availability is beyond our span of control. It does appear our offices did speak with you on 4/30/24 and again on 5/14/24. There are no indications a refund was requested. We are operating within the terms of our terms and conditions policy and fully commit to complete the repair once the part is received.

      They came to help solve an issue with the ice machine in our refrigerator. Ice was accumulating on the outside ice basket. The technician advised that the temperature in the fridge and freezer was too low. The lower temperature from the freezer, which a was told, supplies cold air to the ice machine, was causing the ice to melt and refreeze on the outside container. He suggested that the compressor needed to be changed. They placed an order for the compressor, under warranty, but charged $699 for labor and $91 .00 for a new filter dryer, a piece that not replacing an existing piece. One day after installation of the new compressor and filter, I called back to say that ice was still forming in the ice basket and that the compressor was making a load noise. The same technician returned the same day. He proceeded to remove the entire ice machine backing to discover that ice was also forming there as well. He cleaned it up and then also started to adjust the nozzle that feeds the ice machine with water. As for the noise, he adjusted the back of the fridge cover and adjusted the placement of the new filter dryer. I called a few days later to again advise that ice was still building up and the noise was still there. They sent another technician. He worked on the nozzle issue and resolved the ice buildup issue. As for the noise, the addition of the filter dryer, in a tight space, was causing vibration. he did not resolve this issue. I called Oasis and asked that I be re-imbursed for the labor and filter as this was not the solution to the problem. An adjustment to the nozzle in the ice machine resolved the issue. I was offered $350 credit. I countered that I should be fully re-imbursed as the compressor was never the issue, hence mis-diagnosed. I then sent a letter to their web site outlining the above, suggesting they review this with the technicians for accuracy. After several voicemails, I have yet to hear back.............

      This company came out and replaced a part on my fridge and charged me $400 and promised to call when part came in about 7 days. I followed up 14 days later & finally got on schedule for returning to replace the part. ( Oasis already charged my credit card and was paid) tech told me parts and labor had 1 year warranty when we discussed the price. That is why I agreed to pay that charge. Ryan came back out and replaced the part, reassured me about the 1 year warranty. I had to call them about 2 weeks later because the freezer was still free over, I told them I needed a new gasket and he reassured me that it was the door shoot ( ice & water shoot). He ordered the gasket and replaced it after 3 weeks and told me all was good. Noticed a couple of days ago the shoot is not working properly and water is running down again. Contacted the office via email and got a reply saying the part only had 90 days warranty. This company is dishonest and now I have to call another company and pay more monies and I’m on disability really!!!

      I had this company out to fix a refrigerator twice. First time they replaced a under warranty compressor that they charged me over $600. Second time they replaced the coil for another $250. Refrigerator never worked with either of these services. I tried to get my money back from them but they refused. I would not recommend using this company for anything. My rating would be below zero. I have never dealt with a company who treats customers as they do? I feel they have stolen over $800 from me and I am not happy.
