            I was referred to this body shop by Pablo ******- *********** claims specialist. My car was involved in a hit and run and this body shop claimed my vehicle was a complete loss. Unique Collision never reached out to me regarding my vehicle. I was the one making all the calls. The manager is a fast talker and very dishonest. They prey off of insurance claims. They falsely appraise vehicles. They cost was so much, *********** decided to declare my vehicle a total lost. This company purposely emptied out my car fluids and allowed me to leave that way claiming *********** didn’t pay them. They refused to release my car, re-assemble it back which caused me to have to pay out of pocket for 4 additional rental days that *********** refused to reimburse. The manager was so concerned with the buy back price that *********** owed me and immediately started to mention that he gave me free storage, free assembly etc. I asked him to explain step by step what was wrong and he got angry with me for questioning him. I would advise all insurance companies to stay away from this company. Nothing these people are saying is truthful.
