After hiring this company to do case management, my case was terminated when I sent a polite email requesting a call for clarification and guidance about my case, which is what I paid for. During the email conversation, the owner became belligerent, then falsely claimed I’d submitted my signed contract online with two dots! He then falsely claimed I’d willfully committed fraud. This was a bluff, however, and totally made up, so I immediately alerted my credit card company. Surprisingly, the owner did follow through with a refund, even though there is a no refund policy, but he allows himself to terminate at will and without cause. If there HAD been an actual issue with my online signature, a reputable company would have contacted me in a timely manner in order to correct the issue. I had questions that had remained unanswered during our few brief, 15 minute phone conversations. Unfortunately, those conversations centered around the owner’s complaints about the behavior of his clients and his struggles with burnout. Also of note is the addition to the company’s title —Section 8 Consulting and Law. This is NOT a law firm, nor does the owner legally have a right to include this in the business title. Huge red flag.
