On February 20, 2024 I attended the facility at 27830 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, TX 77375 for an evening workout at 8:30 pm. I had been a black card member since 2019, 5 years. I noticed homeless and drug addicts walking around the facility at night. Safety lights in the parking lot had been off for months. Unsafe place. I had my personal purse hanging on the treadmill I was walking on. Very few people were in the entire building. I was not bothering anyone. The front desk person Amelia decided to get in my face demanding that I surrender my purse to either her (to keep it at the front desk) or to lock it in the lockers. I told her I would not surrender my personal belonging to the UNSAFE lockers that have a warning that the company is not responsible for any theft.... So I said no. This was not a gym bag, and it was not on the gym floor. It was my personal purse, with cash in it and it was posing no hazard to anyone. However, she stated they had a new management and that was a bag, not a purse. I think I know better. They cancelled my membership for policy violation, attached that night. The next day I spoke with the manager Cris (no last name?), who offered no resolution, therefore I demanded the $24.96 (for the month ahead) they charged the same night I was cancelled and the yearly $39 charged in January, last month. I want my money back and I will not look back. They can keep their woke policies and demonic music they play constantly. I will not miss it. However, this is theft, and they will need to refund my money. I did not ask for any of this to happen. I was minding my own business. And now I am done with this company. I will advertise to anyone publicly they are a disgrace, and they hire people that have no experience in customer service, arrogant and condescending that have no clue that our monthly membership pays their paychecks. Good job losing your customers, new management. In a world of competition, you must use some judgement.
