      False advertising, Bait and Switch, illegal lending practices; made for quite a morning! They advertise their “Pink Perfection Price” which is fake and only a ploy to bring you in. I was told by Pierre and Victor; “that price is lower than the vehicle is worth; I need to help the dealership make money too”. “ If I want the low price I cannot pay cash, or finance at a low rate with my good credit; I have to accept a 11% rate so they make money. Or I can let them raise the price; and get a lower rate”. Anyone see a pattern here?! Their practices are not misleading they are illegal and constitute lending fraud. That has been recorded and filed. Please, stay away from this place. They rely on people not to ask questions and not to pay attention to the deal. Terrible Dealer and should at minimum be sanctioned by Chrysler. Worst experience ever. They don’t like those that ask questions. Be smart! Stay away!

      The pink perfection price at Tomball Dodge, a customer must qualify for the incentives that go along with that price. Tomball Dodge advertises its best price, which is aggressive advertising to generate traffic. Tomball Dodge is a family owned business and has been in business for a very long time and prides itself on customer service and taking care of the customer. It is not a non profitable business, a deal will happen when it makes sense both to Tomball Dodge and the consumer.

      They did horrible work on a Pristine Truck and refuse to refund or fix it right after 3 tries and I went there yesterday and was LIED to again by Ahmed, what a 3rd rate outfit. Dodge-to avoid.

      This is not the owner of the truck and we are in communication with the actual owner and he is good with everything so that is who we will continue being in conversation with.

      Customer service is completely unprofessional, Rude employees, tricky sales deals, unwillingness to cooperate with general population. Employee, William abruptly shut the door in my face to speak with manager in regards to his improper behavior towards the buyer.

      Tomball Dodge has spoken with this customer about his concerns and he agreed to come back and meet with a new service advisor and get an alignment done and we are waiting for customer to come back in to help in resolving his concerns.

      Absolutely worst service I have ever received. I took my new Ram truck with 29k miles on it into be serviced because the transmission was slipping. I purchased the extended warranty as well so I knew I would be fine. I actually left my truck with them while I went on vacation. They were supposed to fix the transmission, do a tire rotation and change the oil. When I showed up 8 days later to pick up the truck, they had not even touched my truck. There was much back and forth conversations and they ended up giving me a loaner for nearly another week. I went back to the dealership to pick up the truck after being told all was fixed. When I drove off the lot, the transmission slammed gears as if nothing was done. The dealership told me I had to drive it another 2500+ miles before they could even look at it again. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL customer service. Paul in the service department is the worst liar I have run across. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM. The entire service department is a JOKE. This dealership is TERRIBLE. STAY AWAY.

      Tomball Dodge worked with customer on multiple occasions to resolve customer concerns. A Staar case was open with Chrysler and followed Chryslers protocols as they told Tomball Dodge what to do.       The alarm was stuck and wouldn't stop going off. I need recall fixed too. After telling everybody that the tow truck driver wouldn't drive me back to the house I was going to have to walk 4 miles in 100° weather back home. They are horrible people they never offered me a ride. Then I got a phone call from Vernon saying he did not like the odometer reading on my truck. He told me it was a felony to adjust the odometer and because of that they were never going to work on my truck and that everybody was scared to touch my truck because they didn't want to go to jail. I told him that I bought it that way the odometer said 138,000. I told him I had paperwork from the previous owner that had the engine rebuilt and they could have put it back to zero. But that was before I paid for it and brought it home. I asked for his manager to talk to me to at least get the alarm turned off so that it could be driven by my Mother because I couldn't afford to pay for another tow. He told me he would call me back they never did. The next morning I walked up to Tomball Dodge to get my truck I figured I would have to try and figure it out to be towed. When I went in Vernon was standing there with my key and was telling me that I was a criminal and I should be charged with a felony he insulted me in front of other customers and the rest of the staff approximately about 15 to 20 people and claim that I personally admitted to him that I adjusted the odometer. Bearing false Witness against me (a made up lie to cause me personal disgrace) I was humiliated I didn't know what to say I asked for proof that the odometer reading was altered he could not give me evidence toward that he became very angry treated me hatefully and asked me to leave the property. I was terrified that he was going to call the police and have me falsely arrested for a crime I did not commit. You could not believe the extreme stress and horror that I went through after being accused. Management won't do nothing.

      Tomball Dodge does not participate in changing odometers as factual information has to be reported by the law. Tomball Dodge does offer a shuttle service to customers, up to a certain time and certain mileage as well. Customer can call the dealership at any time to discuss this matter further if they would like to.

      Before we went to purchase a car I got pre approval from my bank for the car loan. We found a car that we liked on the used car lot and decided to trade in our Jeep. We had gotten a trade in quote from ******* and *** *** which covered the pay off amount plus 1000. I told them that when we started looking at cars and we were told they could match that trade in. When we went to purchase we were told that they only used their own financing and they would not accept our financing I should have left at this point, but I really needed something better on gas mileage so we said ok. They did 14 hard inquiries on my credit. 14!!! This brought my credit down 65 points. Then I found out they added 1000 on the loan for the trade it. I was supposed to get 1000 off my loan not have it added. When I asked about this the salesman said oh you can get a tax credit, so it works out in the end. Then they told us that a warranty was included and a scratch and dent because the car was only a year old and had on 24,000 miles on it. When I received all the paperwork I realized they charged me 3500 for the warranty and 500 for the scratch and dent, but they never asked me if I wanted either. I also asked for my plates from the Jeep so I could transfer my plates to my other car and was told Texas doesn’t do that… yes they do actually. This dealership is the worst business I have ever dealt with and I would recommend everyone to stay far away from their shady business practices.

      Tomball Dodge has certain lenders used to approve loans. Tomball Dodge works with customers to get the best rate available based on the market. Trade in values are also based on market value. Tomball Dodge finance department does offer packages available to the customer at time of purchase to help protect the vehicle. Customer can request personal plates or transfer plates from the tax office for the vehicle purchase if wanted. If any concerns or issues still arise please contact the dealership.

      May 4,2023. Truck was falsely advertised for $58,000.00. When I showed up I was told it was $62,0000.00. The wheels were switched out. They had no keys. I took off work to get this truck. It was a total $#!+show!!!!!

      Tomball Dodge advertises aggressive pricing that customers have to qualify for certain incentives to receive the pink perfection price advertised online. The online price is based on qualifying factors such as miltary, quarter horse, college student, etc.... If customer would like more information on this please reach out to the dealership.

      Worst customer service EVER at Tomball Dodge service department. This is long story. I brought my truck in August 1st to have recall work done, they finished it that day. Drove it home (27 miles), pulled into my driveway, and an error message popped up on my dash that said Service Shifter. I don‘t believe in coincidences so brought it back to them on the 5th of August. They charged $185 to diagnose the problem. I also asked them to look at my left two tires because they were not registering air. I called Monday for an update. My service representative, Zack, said he would have to get with the tech and would call me back later that day. He did not call back and I got no call back Tuesday morning when they opened. I called and asked to speak with Zack midday, I had to leave a message- he was busy at the time and would call me back. I did not hear from him so I called back around 4pm and Zack said they had fixed the issues with the truck. When I asked what was done, he said had to talk with the tech but would get back with me before they closed. That did not happen. I didn‘t hear from them Wednesday morning when they opened, so I called them and once again got the runa round. They said all that needed to be done was reset a code. They also told me they test drove it and the error code never came up. Funny, the millage in on my paperwork is they same as the millage out. (NO TEST DRIVE) Also wanted to charge me almost $600 for all four tire sensors. When I ask how much for just the two brokin ones. Was asked which two were the brokin ones and like I told you before the sensors are on back order. I was never told that ever. I declined the fix. Ended up taking it to ******** Tire, cost was $60 a sensor. (Total bill $120 and was out in 26 minutes) ******** Tire rock stars Thank You. When driving home same error code pops up. Got the truck home ... settled down and called the service department back to see what I should do next. Again, another days worth of phone tag and

      Today is the start of week 6 that Tomball Dodge has had my vehicle in for repairs. They have not returned our calls for over a week now to let us know the status of the repairs. We have tried fervently to reach the service manager and now the assistant to the GM, Julie *******. Neither of these folks has bothered to call us back. The receptionist has stated it is “illegal” for her to tell us who the new GM is. She said the Ms. ******* handles all customer service issues. She can only do that if she is willing to answer the phone. I believe the receptionist has spitefully put me on hold under the ruse of waiting for Ms. *******. It has been a half hour already. I imagine she thought I would be wasting my time…but here I am making good use of my time while on hold! Stay a way from Tomball Dodge. It seems, every other month there is a new GM and Service Manger. You have been warned. Social media here I come!

      Tomball Dodge Service Manager has been in contact with Mrs. ****** multiple times while our Advisor was out of the office on a family leave. Customer stated to Manager to keep the vehicle as long as needed. Customer was in contact with her Advisor Friday 7/22 to get status update. Vehicle has additional parts needed that are not expected to arrive until beginning of August. Voicemails that were left for Julie ******* were addressed on 7/25 when she came back in the office. There were two messages left in total. The Service Advisor was able to assist while she was out of the office .

      After test driving the car the day before. The next day, I agreed to pay the list price on a used Jeep Cherokee plus tax, title, registration. I agreed to this with the sales person Herbert in the Pre-Owned sales office on the phone and told him I would come in to buy the car outright. When I arrived, he presented me with a different final price that had an additional $2,000 in charges: paint protection, windshield chip protection, gps tracking etc. I asked nicely why these were added and was then informed that they were mandatory charges (never before disclosed or discussed). I requested that they be removed and he said no. I then spoke to the manager who also said no. They said that was their policy and that I could buy the car with these additional charges or not. They didn’t care. I think this is bad business and I would like to warn other consumers of this deceptive practice. We purchased a car later that day at another dealership that was transparent, honest and had the customer in mind. Please don’t buy a car from these people. They are deceptive and run a terrible business.

      The price did not change. There is text communication showing the price of the car including the protection package. This was communicated prior to the customer coming in to the dealership. Once the customer came in he changed his mind on the agreement. Customer had the opportunity to speak to management before leaving.
