We had new windows and siding installed on our home in September 2016 with a 30 year warranty In August we noticed a siding plank fallen out of place and many planks badly bowed on the bottom of the house north side I contacted Allied and told them of our warranty claim and was told the owner is in Europe and nothing could be done until he gets back 23 August 2022 On Friday 26 August 2022 I emailed Allied and the Monday 29 August 2022 response was Happy Monday, James! We are working on it, and will get back to you as soon a we’ve gone over everything. Saturday 17 September 2022 after hearing nothing more from Allied I emailed them saying there is a limit to our patience and they appear to be in breach of contract They responded Monday 19 September 2022 saying Happy Monday, James! Thank you for your patience. We are still working on this and you should expect to hear back from us by Wednesday. I realize it's still early in the day but I do not expect them to contact me These people are not honoring their warranty - Please helpBusiness response

We have been in constant email communication with this customer, and have attempted to call Mr. ****** 6 times. This situation requires a bit of investigation, as it remains to be determined if this is an Allied labor issue. (Versus slab movement, lawnmower damage, etc. all of which are common with the type of damage described by the customer.) It is true that David handles all warranty issues PERSONALLY to ensure the best service to our customers. The customer was advised we would be reaching out to him today (Wednesday, September 21, 2022, and we have. All of our calls were sent directly to voice mail.Business response
