This is a 3rd party resolution concern, not a complaint. Me and Mr. ******* have corresponded several months over a pool table. I was able to procure one and i called him on around july 29th to see how to install and repair my pool table. he and i discussed price, he took my rails i gave him post dated check. 300 Well right before i had a medial procedure i have to pay for. so i emailed in thinking i was alerting him not to cash, i would send good faith money as I wouldn't be ready to complete set up until sept 1 in which that time my new floor will be installed. He was cordial and has always remained until he and i spoke and I said how hardship it was and i wasn't fixing to get fixed after several multiple calls and emails, he answered from my job's phone. He said very nicely, "maim after this i will bring your 300 dllars . back and your property don't contact me, Well i agree to that and i needed to set up time and place to get. I offered him a trip fee to keep out of the $300 courtesy. He called me and i returned call and no answer and today i emailed and reiterated it was ok to leave under my carport as well the money which is dangerous, but i don't want to disturb or contact him. now he will not take my calls and is irrate. please help me to intervene. I want my property back in tack and $250.00 i will give him $50.00 and we part ways. I need that resolution please. I am in a crisis and this has not been pleasant. I don't wish to tarnish his business as he has dealt with many friends/family of mine, however he and I didn't get to get a good business relations, partly misunderstanding and my situation on hand. I have paper he and i signed that it was for repair to finish later date. he had my rails for collateral and half of money. please help. I CAN PROVIDE ALL DETAILS OF CALL LOG AND EMAILS I SENT. I CALLED ONE DAY 17 TIMES. I DON'T WANT ANY PROBLEMS. I AM NOT A CONFRONTATIONAL PERSON BUT I HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE TO SPEAK FOR ME. i AM TRYING THE BBB FIRST TO RESOLVE AMICABLE AND COURTESY FOR BOTH PARTIES.Business response

After receiving the complaint, the rails were returned. Customer has forfeited her deposit. Shortly after speaking with you, I received a call from Tyler PD because she was not happy with her results from BBB. Again…her property has been returned and she has forfeited her deposit.
