09/30/2022 I paid $5130 to have a Rocker arm fixed. They told me they road tested it and I was fixed and ready to roll! 18 hours later in Dothan, Alabama oil was pouring out my engine on the side where they worked on it at! The dipstick wasn't bolted down in the bottom of the block and barely hanging on and was losing oil from the bottom of the engine as well! I add oil and called roadside and Roberts Truck Center in San Angelo,TX. They told me to get it to the nearest international dealer! The roadside tech talked to ******* the GM of Robert Truck Center and told him I was missing parts on the top of my engine and was oil pouring out the Rocker box and dipstick wasn't bolt in the box and was losing oil. ******* ask for pictures we sent pictures and took it to Coffman International Trucks in Dothan,Alabama. Coffman has told Robert Truck Center i need an engine 4 times via email. No one from Robert Truck Center has contacted me at all. I always have to make the first contact!! I called Robert Truck Center home office and reported my issue and I got smart comment text the same day from GM ******* after his home office told him I called on him. They been telling me they Navistar rep from their region was going to reach out Coffman's Navistar rep in their region and get them to dig deeper in my engine for cause of failure but he not fixing nothing for me until then. I emailed 3 weeks after he told me that! I was told Navistar rep had been on vacation he just got back give him another week! 74 days later no contact but a smart comment text saying FYI I'm reaching out to Dealership/International! Meanwhile I've suspended my DOT NUMBER and can't afford to paying insurance and have lost my business! I'm owner operator now I've had to get a job to survive. I was told $36,000 engine replacement. I very upset the way I've been treated!! Wont even talk to me or treat me like a human being! No i spoke to me either time I was in the dealership! Shop Mgr ****** no help
