            I recently reported to my office complex about mold growing in my laundry room which was on the date of July 28,2023 .. today is now the 11th of August and I have yet to not been contracted of any such or reached thru email about the concern. I’m not really able to step foot into office durning the hour because I’m an ASM at ****** ******* I’m im constantly there but when trying to call the office never an answer , I would have to email the lady to actually get a call back it’s just ridiculous. Not to mention when I first moved here I realized I had roaches reported that took few weeks before anybody came to spray the building complex that I stay in. I have a son he’s 5 years old and this be his first year of school , me personally I’d probably wouldn’t be so determined to get this mold out but I have a son who stays with me and plays everywhere in the house so it’s not a good thing for the immune system to inhale please send help I don’t know what else to do ????

            The manager , will tell you , that the deposit is ****** dollars , while you are doing your paperwork. ***** dollars per adult. 1***** dollars , for the deposit. This is a HUD property? ??? The ad , online , says something different. ****** for rent , ***** per applicant. When you call her back , the rent is know , ****** dollars deposit 4*****. next time you talk . deposit 6***** , rent is a ******* dollars. Next conversation , rent is still a ******* dollars , but the deposit is ****** dollars , to get the keys to the apt. I am living in women's shelter , with my 20 year old abled body son. We had to leave ,the motel , I ran out of money. I have called the head office , 2 weeks ago , no call back. I called the manager , at the tyler property , to ask for my deposit back. She said no , it was already , entered to the computer. She called me on April 03, 2023 , at 6 pm , to offer us the apt. I had to be out , our old apt , by march 31, 2023 . Please do not rent from this property. 1st letter , last letter. Manager: ***************************
