I recently reported to my office complex about mold growing in my laundry room which was on the date of July 28,2023 .. today is now the 11th of August and I have yet to not been contracted of any such or reached thru email about the concern. I’m not really able to step foot into office durning the hour because I’m an ASM at ****** ******* I’m im constantly there but when trying to call the office never an answer , I would have to email the lady to actually get a call back it’s just ridiculous. Not to mention when I first moved here I realized I had roaches reported that took few weeks before anybody came to spray the building complex that I stay in. I have a son he’s 5 years old and this be his first year of school , me personally I’d probably wouldn’t be so determined to get this mold out but I have a son who stays with me and plays everywhere in the house so it’s not a good thing for the immune system to inhale please send help I don’t know what else to do ????Business response

Hello and thank you for bringing this to my attention I am sorry it had to go through the BBB. I am a one-person office. I am always at work, if I am not in the office there is a sign on the door to let anyone know if I am out on the property or at court or in a meeting. All residents should have my email if they cannot reach me by phone. I have not received an email about mold. regardless, at Town Parc at Tyler we have a 24-hour emergency maintenance line for our residents to call in case of an emergency. I would say this is an emergency since it stems from some type of moisture, had she called the emergency line they would have been out same day to see if the AC/water heater is leaking or her personal washer is leaking if she has one. Now that I have received this email from BBB I went to search for the work order Ms. ***** said she submitted, and I did find it in our system but since it was submitted through the regular work order it is "in line" and not considered an emergency had she called the emergency line like instructed at move in, our maintenance team would have been out there soon as they got the call to take care of any issue. As far as the Pest issue. Ms. ***** did let me know she had seen pest in the apartment, we have routine mandatory pest control done by ***** and they treat a different building every time they are on property, and they are here twice a month. When she had let us know about it ***** was due to treat in a few days, so he treated it then and again the next week since it was that buildings turn to be treated. Our residents can always let us know if they would like an extra treatment and we put them down as an extra if the spots have not been filled. We tell the residents they are allowed to have their own pest control sprays if they don't want to wait till our Pest Tech comes out to treat but we still keep them on the extra list. I thank you for bringing this to my attention.
