I have had my vehicle at Firestation Auto Repair x2 within the last 7 days. At some point during 1 of those repairs someone broke a plastic part on my air intake. Whoever broke it glued it. Not sure if the repair is adequate and will hold up overtime. I was never told this part was damaged while there. I found out while checking fluids on my car. I would prefer that the broken part be replaced by the business. I do have pictures of the broken part.Customer response

We have been in touch with the customer and are in the process of coming to an agreement with the customer. Please allow time for this issue to be resolved as we are at the mercy of parts suppliers at this point.Customer response

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********. The business has replaced said broken part, but I don't think that the business should ask If I am going to change my review x2. I only reported the truth, not fiction.
