On 6/24/2024, my elderly in-laws brought their car into this shop for windshield wipers and a bulb replacement. They were quoted $ 50 +/- estimated cost. After over an hour of waiting for what should have been a 15 minute job, they were charged $148.33 with an hour of labor and charging TWICE for tax in addition to a $8 service fee. As a retired police officer who investigated fraud, I will be inquiring on this business status with ******************* on taxing status of the business and any complaints currently pending. I will also inquire to ASE certification on their employees status. They made a few dollars with fraudulent business practices, certainly hope it will be worth it in the long run. And, they continue to fraudulently advertise BBB accreditation, when they are so clearly not following any guidelines for customer equity.

This business is using the BBB accreditation symbol on their website without being accredited. I just took my business there and did not have a good experience. Beware of other false claims like price match or expertise. Labor/hr is 20% more than my European auto mechanic who is brand certified and they charged more than double for a diagnostic test with no written report, recommendations or promised pictures from a smoke test. They gave conflicting information on 2 items, and red flags for items they assumed might be bad "for education". They will not provide copies of my original signed estimates that led them to the conclusion that I needed a smoke test and the links they sent me have expired or been modified. They tampered with my online invoice/receipt the day after I paid for my service and I could not print an accurate one. My car would not start when I picked it up and they had locked me out of the building at night, in the rain, turned off the lights, and did not answer the door. They do not know how to write a diagnostic report themselves and do not use a printer - they send you links to pages on their website that they can modify. They did not give me the diagnostic data I needed to provide my repair mechanic when I dropped it off the next day. They have not been cooperative with my numerous requests for the 3 estimates, a report, and a receipt. I believe they added a $35 fee after I authorized the estimate. All they have offered is excuses and attempts to explain things away through unsolicited text messages from two different numbers after I replied stating that I was on my way to the ***
